Oh... the memories of Windows Pinball :'-)
More pinball games are always welcomed!
Nice entry!

Fun pinball recreation, but the controls are a little confusing. Is there any particular reason that the flippers controls are alternated between z/x and the arrow keys?

Developer

Thanks!! When I was a kid, gameboy emulators always used Z/X and arrow keys for input.  Pinball games on gameboy used this scheme to emulate the "feel" of a pinball machine, where your hands are on either side of the machine, but it can be counter intuitive for some.

Ahh yeah that makes a lot of sense. As someone who never really played pinball though, yeah it was a little counter intuitive.

I really liked the simplicity but efficiency of your pinball. Nice feedback on the bumpers! Maybe the theme could be more pronounce ? Nice entry overall !

I love videogame pinball! This was super fun, very polished.

Nice!

Nice pinball. Works prefectly! Could have a design more suited for space!

That was fun. Good work!

Loved the vibe of this, couldn't get the pinball going though, felt like the gravity was way too strong? Other people seemed to get it to work so it might be an issue on my side. The ball felt like it was getting vacuumed down and hitting the ball could barely get it to the first set of bumpers. Just an idea but maybe the ball speed is being effected by framerate? Or maybe I am just bad.
Cool game! Congrats!

You can't go wrong with Pinball :>
+ you made it feel very gameboy like too

Pinball is always so adictive! You did an awesome job there~

Gotta add that I'm not sure if I like the fact that you basically carbon copied 3D Pinball Space Cadet :/

Submitted

Gotta love pinball! Simple but really like the overall combination of the look and the music. The controls were a bit rough though, would have liked the bumpers to be z/x or left/right instead of each bumper being on a different set of controls. But otherwise really well done!

This game is great!! Love the classic pinball, it's so much fun! and it also looks great!

Submitted

Very cool version of a classic!

It's great you kept the playfield graphics minimalistic, makes the ball easy to follow. Excellent readability. Good stuff!

Love 3D Pinball Space Cadet, this was a really cool Game boy reimagining

Cheers from one space pinball game submitter to another! Great minds think alike :)

We took very different approaches aesthetically which is interesting to see.

Very smooth gameplay, but sometimes the ball would just fall through the flipper. Other than that it was pretty fun!

Submitted

Feels very smooth, as if the original Space Pinball meets Pokemon/Kirby pinball

Had an Issue with clipping, but other than that good fun!

Submitted

Really great de-make!

I did notice that in some situations it appears that the ball can clip through the flipper but I only noticed this once or twice.

Overall very clean and fun.

I remember playing 3D space pinball, the soundtrack was fire! Playing this took me back to playing pokemon pinball back in the day. I did find the gravity on the ball was a little heavy, played in the web anyways. nice work!
