Well I gotta say I rather enjoyed that. You're encouraged to be fast and aggressive with your flying to avoid being overwhelmed with bunnies, but sharp with the dodging when possible to avoid hitting planets.
The last part when you're racing down the middle was awesome too. Felt like I was rocketing right to the very end, barely on course.
Game's solid. Great job.

Love it, one of my favourites for sure! Definitely not biased because it reminds me of my own game. Jokes aside the gameplay is a lot of fun especially when using the gravity of the planets.

Nice game and music, loved the controls and the physics, it was very fun! The story is interesting and the visuals are really good

The game is very polished and the controls feels great. The last few levels are a little challenging because you can't see what's in front, I wish there's loot for replenishing health. I really love the final sequence where you fly past everything else. Great entry.

That was a great game, I love the atmosphere it captured with the story and aesthetic. It took a while to get used to the physics (and I still probably didn’t fully get used to it even after finishing) but the feeling of travelling was really nice when you get the hang of it, I replayed it a little to check something and blasting through the early sections after knowing what to do was very satisfying.

I did find a bug where you can clip out of bounds using the bunnies to push your through a few corners, such as the start of the long diagonal corridors before the open section. It doesn’t help in some places (fortunately not a softlock since you can retry) but in the aforementioned corridors, you can use it to go through the checkpoint from the other end.

Great work overall, I had a lot of fun!

I really like this game, but for some reason I didn't get any audio... Really great concept - took me a bit to get used to the controls but the more I played the more I liked it - but damn is it hard!  Great job!

Developer
  • but for some reason I didn't get any audio...

That is very concerning...

If you don't mind me asking, which platform do you use? (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.). To clarify, was this on the browser? If so, which browser? Did any strange console errors appear?

Of course, there's no pressure to answer. Thank you for the feedback!

I'm on Mac running Sonoma (14) and using Safari.  I just tried in Chrome and the audio is working there - I like it. :)

The game is quite challenging if you want to progress without taking damage. For this reason, I appreciate the generous checkpoints. Very good propulsion and gravity mechanics. Great job.

Really interesting gameplay in this. I felt like I was right on the edge of feeling in vs. out-of control the whole time, but I managed to finish it and it felt satisfying. Great music and solid graphics (though I did find the high-contrast color changes a bit too strong). Nice work!

Um, this was amazing and super fun haha! I love the progression through the levels!

Nice! Took me a second it realise what was going on but flying felt really nice, maybe went a little too fast for me but was fun!

Fun game! I really liked the orbital mechanics, and the ending was a nice touch as well.

Once you get used to the controls, exploring the stages is very pleasant! The gravity mechanic is my favorite feature.

Wow, I really loved this game! The music was fantastic and I really loved the gravity of planets pulling you in. Super cool, great work :)

Neat! It took me a minute to figure things out but once I did, it was a fun experience. There is something just charming about blasting through space and watching things fly by.

Amazing game, very polished, and manages to strike a great balance between Game Boy soul and dream-like surrealism. The physics felt very intuitive, and I really liked the indicator showing the current gravitational pull direction. I feel like the fuel and health limitations were enough to be meaningful without being frustrating, the levels did a nice job of teaching mechanics, and I felt it was the perfect length for a jam game. Only issue I ran into was at one point I was swarmed by stardust bunnies and trapped against a wall, but that just made me feel less guilty when I eventually turned them into fuel. Overall, a great dream, 10/10 would have again.

A very good one. The handling is getting some used to, but overall a great visual and audio experience, wrapped in an interesting story.

All-around great experience and the core gravity mechanic was very polished. I had some trouble consistently defeating the enemies and planets could be a bit sticky/waste fuel, but overall things worked as they should

Awesome! Feels like geometry dash but with those orbits. Hits the top spot. Amazing visuals too.

The planets are super annoying, if you get hit with a planet in the diagonal side, you CAN'T get out. I've been stuck from them like 4 times.

One of my favorite entries on this jam. It got me hooked for a while. It feels extremely satisfying to gain velocity here and event if it wasn't the best move I often just tried to rush to the next objective. I also feel like some sections were designed for it while others required precision and slow movements. Some parts were also very challenging, but never too punishing. For the last part I also discovered settings menu and "re-inverted" colors because they got weird at one point.
I also really enjoyed nicely closed composition of the story. The ending was amazing. 5/5 Good Job! Both for developer and concept artist :)
