Cool and easily extendable game.
With some more dice varity, maybe passive effects you can gain and more enemy/obstacle variety this could become very cool! Currently there isn't really any challenge with the default enemies, you don't ever get hit.
Another thing I found quite frustrating is how you can't enter the next level without hitting the door with an exact number of movement, leading to a lot of time wasted just running around trying to get it right. Maybe the game could ask the player if they want to leave the level when they walk over the door instead?
But definitely has a lot of potential, great job :)
Really cool game! I have nothing more to say but well done!
Fun game! Did feel a bit like I was just waiting for a good roll at some points, though. Wasn't helped by needing to land on the door space.
Great game! The art is really cool and the concept is very original yet simple enough to grasp it quickly.
Great concept, great execution ! Nothing to say really, impressive for a two days job
Really nice and polished game! Really nothing else to say about this!
Watched you play this on stream and then played it myself, was a great experience. The movement system you have implemented is a classic approach that feels super polished and almost ready to ship as a paid game. Would love to hear what abilities didn't make the cut as there is so much you can do with this format. Wonderful job :)
Not much to add from what is already said. Solid concept, very good execution. I'd try to give some feedback but for a 48 hours time constraint it's really good. If I had to criticize I'd say the dice rolls sometimes felt really random or kind of useless (without consideration for current environmental conditions). But that is just nitpicking. Well done!
Beautiful art, nice concept, enjoyable levels. It is a bit addictive :)
Well Done!
The game is well-polished; I love the detail where the developer intentionally adds the "remove move dice" in the Shop because of the limitation of having too many unnecessary choices in your move set. The gameplay is fun and worth playing; the levels are fair yet hard, at the same time. The mechanic is clearly communicated to the player - and this gives an extra +1 star for my rating!
Fun game, really like the simple menu and the art.
Great game as Always, Vimlark o/
Pretty solid, pretty well done!
Pretty fun game. I was a little confused about why I couldn't move in certain directions at times and ultimately I feel like the game is a little too easy. But otherwise, it was fun to play!
It is a really creative and interesting idea. The game feels well polished.
I really like this game. Very well done and polished within its scope.
I like how you have to plan what to do and consider your dice!
it’s well made. I don’t know anything else to say. Maybe movement randomization could be fine tuned even more (like a slight bit depending on your location Let’s say if you’re near a coin, it could be easier to get it and the exit too). It was 48 hours, I recognize that. I enjoyed it overall. It’s really fun. It was also easy, which I enjoy. The enemies are readable. And it’s my small take. It was super forgiving and also engaging and the sfx and music were great
Real Good Real Fun!
Hey this is a great game you got here! The amount of polish and how it feels makes it feel like a real published game already (not a jam game). Lots of charm with it too. Once I understood what was going on it was pretty easy to beat, but that's okay!! If you were to expand this into a larger game I could see this doing really well.
Anyways well done with this!!
