Very good overall! Well done.
This might have been the best game I've played so far from the jam (no disrespect to anyone else whomst game I have played). The art was amazing, terrific pacing, nice mechanics simple controls and an all around great experience! The only thing I might nit-pick you about is that it is a bit short, but rather short and sweet than long and boring!
Hello! Thank you for playing our game and leave this kind comment. We tried to keep a balance with the duration of our game, as people won't be playing a 30-minute jam game. So, as we value the time of our players, we decided to create a short but polished experience introducing a couple of mechanics along the way.
Thanks again for coming by and playing our game!
Wow, really clever, awesome look and feel, and really tight mechanics. Plus you managed to give puzzle pieces a lot of personality! A+
I loved the idea of puzzle pieces to fit the Joined Together theme. The levels were well designed with some interesting mechanics to work with, who doesn't love portals. My only issue was having the change character and reset buttons bound to buttons that are adjacent on the keyboard, I kept accidentally clipping the R button when going to press F to change characters and resetting the level.
Other than the one minor issue I really enjoyed the game and hope you revisit it in the future and add some more levels and new mechanics to it.
Hey! Thank you for the detailed feedback!
Yeah, I totally agree with you and, actually, button issues was the thing we argued about the most. We were playing using arrows mostly, so we didn't realise this problem would be so crucial. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm really glad you enjoyed our game. I think we'll consider developing the game further, just getting as much feedback rn as we can
I really liked how you used puzzle pieces as the characters of the game. I can't believe someone hasn't thought of it before! Genius!
I made an error, I meant to say, Hasn't, not has. I'm posting too many comments!
I have seen games with puzzle pieces, but not as characters yet.
Even so, your game is extremely polished and fun to play! The inverted gravity mechanic is a real brain bender, and generally, the game is snappy (Pun definitely intended), and a blast to figure out! You really have a fun game on your hands!
You added portals as a secondary mechanic during a 48-hour jam? Is this what they call being a "mad lad"?
Very well done!
Hey! Thanks for playing our game! Honestly, the main "mad lad" here is @Shlapoosnick, as he was the one to came up with the idea of portals and I was the "NO, PLS, we won't be able to finish it in time..." kind of guy :D However, everything worked out fine for us.

This is a fun game! The puzzle design is really good. The one complaint I have is that often, if I made a mistake, it felt pretty punishing. For example, I was on the last step of solving level 3, I just needed to get the upside-down puzzle piece to the end of the level. I made a mistake and landed on spikes with it, and it was sent back to the beginning. Just to get back to the point where I was, it took me about 30 seconds to get the brown puzzle piece to the switch (instead of the finish area where he was), platform back to where that puzzle piece was again, then attempt the jump I failed as the blue puzzle piece again. I failed that jump and reset again, and decided to quit because I didn't want to do the same puzzle again for 30 seconds. I think having a more forgiving death reset would be very nice since the movement is so slow for both characters. Aside from that, I enjoyed the overall experience and think this is a great game!
Thank for your detailed feddback!
Yeah, I think I understand what you're talking about. We tried our best to eliminate such things to make it less frustrating. We will work on this thing more, thank you very much! I hope you'll consider giving our game another chance, because we introduce new mechanics for the next two levels (and these levels also don't have the problem you encountered) :)
Well this is solid. Great music and art. Interesting puzzles. And the puzzle pieces explode into buckets of blood and gibs. I mean, it's got everything. Nice job!
Fun little puzzle game design! The animation of the puzzle pieces coming together is quite satisfying after finishing the level.
Nice-looking game with a great concept and well polished mechanics. The difficulty is perfect for a game jam puzzle. Well done!
I like the added detail that these are puzzle pieces coming together! That was fun and the right amount of challenge!
Simple, but polished oh so nicely for a 48h! Last level was a nice surprise with yet another mechanic. And the fact that You always move only one character meant no chaos.
Very, very nice, please expand;p
Great job!! I though it was going to be a bit tedious having to change character from time to time but you made it work so well by making the puzzles very clear so you know when to use one or another.
By the way the animaiton, sprites and music is AWESOME!!! I cant believe is this polished
The only thing I would have change was the color of one of the main characters and make it a bit more orange/yellowish or maybe a bit more saturated and ties everything together
Keep up the great work!!
Awesome game! I love the sprite animation, sound design, and the death fx :)
I particularly like not having to restart my whole progress if I had died, I just respawn away!
Good job on doing it!
Super visually polished, also really great level design! My only point would be that some jumps are a bit too tight which was unnecessarily frustrating at times.
Really good one!
