Just saw this on the livestream, and wanted to have a play myself. Fantastic job!

Got through to the end, only nitpicks are:

  • Don't really understand why you have to click the spinning flower after a puzzle is complete
  • Music doesn't seem to fit all that well (I read it as more spooky than atmospheric)
  • The font is kinda hard to read.

In all other ways, beautifully done!

thank you for playing the game!

- I kept it for consistency - because you need to click it on other frames
- All text was hand-written by me, sorry that it wasn't very clear

This was beautiful and very nice to play. I wish I could turn the volume down but I loved it so much

thank you for playing it!

Wow! I'm blown away by this game. These pictures are so high quality! You did this in 2 days? That's crazy!

Developer

yep, during two sleepless nights:)

thank you so much!

Yes! A simple story, just like that - not too much drama, just simple and clean, suitable music, great puzzle pacing.

Developer

thank you!

Just beautiful! A wonderful consistent atmosphere. I enjoyed very much the experience. Only thing, to me the music could have been a little lighter.

Developer

thank you! i'm happy you liked the game!

Really beautiful game - I love how the music dips between being peaceful and slightly unsettling. The art is just incredible, too. I had a good time solving the puzzles and just enjoying the atmosphere. The puzzles were pitched at just the right level, too! Nice work :)

Developer

thank you! i'm happy you noticed all these nuances in music:)

The art and music is so cute. The way you displayed the story is pretty cool too, I'd be happy to see more experiences using this style. The first puzzle was really stressful for me, I just continued trying since I was really enjoying everything else, those other two were fine though. I enjoyed the idea and maybe this can be expanded into other stories as well so I hope you do it.

Developer(+1)

thank you for your feedback!

actually i have three more short games in same style and same characters, you might want to check them too:) though unfortunately they don't have the same kind of music. and - maybe- i will think of making proper long game from it.....

Submitted(+1)

I'll give them a try too then!

Submitted(+1)

Nice story! The art was really pretty and the music was mesmerizing. I liked the puzzles, too. They had a decent amount of challenge. Can't think of any criticism. In the moon puzzle I first tried to just match the moons with the orbits instead of putting them in the circle, but that was probably on me more than the game.

Developer(+1)

thank you! glad to hear that you liked the game and managed all puzzles:)

Submitted(+1)

Absolutly beautiful art. That's really great quality for a game jam.

Developer

thank you:)

Very, very beautiful and well designed. The puzzles weren't too original mechanically but a very nice way to weave the story together. From a game-design perspective it's really impressive how you made the entire experience fit seamlessly together, well done! Are you considering ever releasing a full game in that style or do you prefer smaller, "jam-sized" titles?

Developer(+1)

thank you!

well, i started to seriously think about it - so, yes, probably I will start working on it in nearest future:)

Submitted(+1)

awesome! I can see this sort of implementation working very well on tablets, too.

Submitted(+1)

Beautiful! I remember playing your game at the GamesPlusJam so it was fun to see you tackle this one too! Great job finishing the story and gameplay in 48 hours:)

Developer

thank you so much:)

Absolutely beautiful game with a very nice story, amazed you made that in 48h! Very well done!

Developer(+1)

thank you so much!

Ah, I remember the bird from Brackeys Jam! Beautiful, as usual! The only little thing I’d mention is that in the puzzle with branches and animal silhouettes the fox’s paw is easily mistaken as another branch - spent several minutes looking for this exact shape :) Anyways, lovely game, great job!

Developer(+1)

thank you!

nice that you remember:) yes, the story is again about Sonya and the blackbird (actually I made two more), but this time I collaborated with @Alios  and i feel that the music significantly improved the game:)

well, one shouldn't match only one bruch, one has to matched whole object. well, good that you eventually managed:)

Submitted(+1)

Yes, I got that you need to match the whole animal. I’m talking about the fox’s paw specifically (marked it with red here) - I thought it is a branch too and got confused because I couldn’t find it!

Developer(+1)

ah, i see! sorry, maybe i shouldn't have done that. I just really liked how cute it looks like with raised paw:)

Submitted(+1)

Completely agree, the fox is super cute!

Submitted(+1)

Wow the game looks incredible, it is quite an experience to play. I did kind of get tired of using the scroll wheel so much, one way this could be fixed is by having a hit box at the bottom of the screen that while the mouse is inside the screen auto scrolls down (just to save my poor scrolley finger). But that's really minor lol and was probably just me with a trash mouse, overall though Really great job :)

Developer

thank you!

you could have used up and down buttons, i was encouraging people to use them - for more smooth scroll and better experience

Submitted(+1)

Wow. This was such a nice and beautiful experience. I really loved the art style and the uniqueness of the game. The puzzles we're well thought through and just hard enough. I enjoyed it very much.

Developer

thank you! i am happy that you managed the puzzles and that they were 'hard enough' and not 'too hard':)

Submitted(+1)

They were perfect! :D

Submitted(+1)

I adore this style! Bravo!

Developer(+1)

thanks!
