AWESOME GAME! Going for the clear time record now, let's go!!!

Awesome game, so fun to play!  Got my no death run and now will go for the clear time record :

Thanks for playing it, so cool to see that you had fun playing it!

Thanks for playing it! So good to see that you had fun. We'll make sure to fix those bugs and typos for next versions xD

Awesome game, the idea is pretty original and I was laughing  hard from the upgrades the turtle gets. No turtle in a rocket is match for me though!

Thanks for playing! We'll make sure to fix those bugs as soon as we can update a new version when the voting is over. Thanks for the feedback!

This game is a brain teaser, really amazing, I'm impressed. It reminded me of that rick and morty episode. Great take on the theme, congratulations!

Thanks for playing!!!

I saw this game being played on stream and loved it. It's a really cool concept. Playing it I noticed the texts and reactions that are really fun and engaging. I wish it was a little easier to understand where the ball will go when I throw it, but maybe I'm just bad at it.

Amazing! The game is really fun. I wish it was a little lesse unforgiving though, it gets frustrating at some point since enemies one shot you and have the aim of a god.

I've played it again and I misread it, my bad! And thanks for the compliments!

Thank you very much for playing the game live, the team is always happy to see people trying to figure the mystery.

I love that kind of game, great work! It could be more satisfying with more effects and a better sfx for the bullets (I think it's too high pitched). This idea of dashing through enemies is actually pretty similar to an idea I have for a game! The game gets pretty hard too fast, so maybe decrease the difficulty increase would make it better to get used to it. Other than that I think it's a game with potential, congrats on the work!

Thanks for playing it and taking the time to write a comment! We'll definitely expand to a full game fixing the issues we saw in this one.

I loved the theme! I saw this game being played on stream but even knowing how to go to the first stage it was still prettyyy hard. The fact that the expand buttons are close to the restart one is bad for people like me who are not great typers xD
Congrats on the submission!

(1 edit)

Thanks for playing it! We'll update the story to give more clues on what's the path to the true ending since some times it seem like luck to guess it, thanks for mentioning that.

And about the placeholder text, wow, there are almost 30 dialogs for each character (120  dialogs overall) and you found the only one that we forgot to change it, so congratulations! (i think). Thanks for letting us know =)

amazing game! the mechanic of controlling the ball by proximity is good, but it seems pretty hard to interpret what's about to happen, maybe because the ball has it's own momentum too. However I think it's a good idea and with more effects / juicy it can be a great game!

Thanks for your feedback, we'll take a look into this bug since it's news for us.  And nice catch about Arthur, we'll change that too! We'll see what we can do about those other issues you mentioned, but I think they will only be fully fixed in a new game made from scratch that we're planning to develop. Thank you very much for the comment, it was really useful for the entire team!

Pretty fun and original, awesome game! I really liked the idea of controlling the momentum to hit enemies, it feels pretty satisfying. If you find ways to variate the mechanic you could make it into a full release.

About things I think might be improved: To start spinning the ball I had to take too much damage since it takes a while. If I keep hitting the dead enemy after he disappears the next stage does't start (it only happened in the final boss. Also, I was able to use the moon horizontally in a never ending loop that killed the boss without me doing anything, since it was hitting him from left to right, it was really hard to do it twice, but it's possible.

Congrats on the game, I hope you try new things with the mechanic since it's pretty satisfying.

Loved the game, I saw it in a stream the other day but I did't catch the name, good you found my game and commented on it! I liked the fast respawn, it made the deaths more bearable, but it allowed me to move before the text was gone. The sound effects are great too! One bug that I found is that if I die in the first challenge I skip one checkpoint.
The game is great and the difficulty is okay, but I was not able to figure out how to pass that part with the spikes and acid right in front of the respawn, I have zero idea on what I could try there.

Thanks for playing it and writing and taking the time to review it!

Thanks for playing the game and thinking about a feedback that will help us improve the experience for next versions.

I get that playing it again from the start is pretty frustrating since you already know points about the story, we'll need to tackle that issue if we decide to take this idea to a full release, this feedback is pretty good.

Yes, the answers you get from those people changes the endgame, and if you ask someone about two specific evidence/person you'll get a confession that makes it clear what happened when who you'll should accuse. This will give you the true ending.

Your feedback is really great and has opened my eyes to many possibilities, so thank you very much =)

Thanks for playing it and taking the time to write the review! Sorry about the bugs, we'll update the game as soon as the option is available to fix those issues so I hope you get the chance to play it again.
Also thanks for mentioning Orwell, I didn't know it so I'll take a look on that.

Awesome game! I loved how it goes from a puzzle to a precision platatformer it shows how the idea can be explored more in a full release. Congratulations on the original idea and perfect execution!

Thanks for playing it and writing a comment!

The first cutscene is so cute and so is the rest of the game. The idea is pretty original and I liked the way you implemented it. The music loop does get annoying at some time since it's a pretty short one and some times I felt lost on what I had to do, but with time I was able to figure it out.  Great work on the game!

Thanks for playing it! We'll make sure to fix that when the voting is over and the updates were are allowed again!

At first I didn't know I couldn't fire people so I stacked everything that appeared and ended up losing the game, if that is added I can see it as a full release, the concept is so good.

Thanks for playing the game! If we do another one of this we'll use other stories too. We appreciate the feedback.

The characters are so cute! This idea was used a lot but the fact that they have to arrive one after the other is a nice touch to it. I don't know if I can play it without full screen, but in my ultra wide the UI breaks, so maybe use a scalable one would make it easier for other resolutions / aspect ratios. Congrats on the work!

I'll give them a try too then!

The art and music is so cute. The way you displayed the story is pretty cool too, I'd be happy to see more experiences using this style. The first puzzle was really stressful for me, I just continued trying since I was really enjoying everything else, those other two were fine though. I enjoyed the idea and maybe this can be expanded into other stories as well so I hope you do it.

Thanks for the compliments, it means a lot to us!

Thanks for playing it and taking the time to write a review!

The idea, music and art are great! The thing that made it difficult for me to play it is the collision area when attacking and the fact that I don't know if I'm about to die, so it always seemed like I died for no reason. But I really liked the way you used the theme into the game, it's pretty original, congrats on the work!

Really cool, when I saw someone playing it on stream I thought the controls might be clunky and frustrating, but you implemented it in a very cool way. It's easy to control, but hard to understand where the yellow ship is when flying to the corners, since the perspective is kinda distorted. Other than that I think your game is an absolute winner, pretty cool idea and execution.

Great game! The narrative is so lovely and despite being a pretty used idea to controll two caracters, I think the story and way you choose to display gives a touch that makes this stand out against the others. Great job! (that message about shift made me so confused, I thought I was supposed to press shift, but it was control. And the text in the box was also hard to understand, so maybe make those things more clear would improve it for new players).

wow, that one can def go to a full release, I loved this game. It fits pretty well with the theme and works pretty nicely. I think some things that could improve it might be some ui indicating if I can buy an item or not, since I had to look at the price and at the money I had everytime. Some type of score so I know I'm progressing. And maybe waves? I don't know, but it's too stressful the fact that it never stops. Congrats on the game!

This game is hilarious, I played it in a call with my friends and we were all laughing and impressive by your creativity. Good job!
