Very fun game thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

Fun roguelike.

Very simple, but surprisingly I got glued to the screen. Very nice game. Could be a little harder!

Submitted

Liked the combination of Dungeon crawler + Card game

Nice idea!
Card game + Rogue = Yes!

really love how clean and organized the artstyle look ! good job

Awesome! I made it to floor 36 and than a chest began to move :D

I wished for a healing card, but I also see problems with that. So maybe its perfect as it is! Very good job!

Very fun game, at the begining I was hoping that you can see what ennemies can do, but it add to the roguelike feeling and I like it. With more cards and more mechanics it could be an awesome game. Good job, especially for a such smaal amount of time !

Really cool concept, but it seems too repetitive. It sure makes you think about positioning and the order of the move.

Well done.

Really cool! Managed to get to level 12 and quit (seems like there's nothing else to do).

Don't mind if I steal this idea for training purposes? :)

Sure, go ahead. Thanks for playing!

I liked what you have so far but I'd love to see this expanded upon. I think some improved Path Finding for the enemies would make them more dangerous, I had a floor where the snake just kept on going up and down over and over behind a wall.

Fun game that has nice length to it! Are the rooms randomly generated? Reminds me of my teams last year Submission for GMTKJam :)

Developer(+1)

Random wall tiles are placed all around the rooms, but I do a trick to have every tile be reachable by the player.

This is cool! A simple strategy card game that is so refined under 48hours!

This is lovely! I like deck building games and this was really well made. Could see this developed further. I loved the hidden cards in pots. The only thing I would like was more different cards and monsters, so that speaks volume on the polish!

You deserve 5 start only on the fact you created a functioning card game in 48 hours, the fact the game is actually fun is a great bonus!

Maybe they already had code for a card game framework

Developer(+1)

This was my first time ever making a card game. I didn't use any existing code, I just kinda had a basic idea in my head how  I could implement it. I'm a bit surprised myself that everything went as smoothly as they did.

Well, cheers then)

I loved the art and I'm surprised you could make all that in 48 hours. However, it didn't really hit the out of control theme as I could just keep re rolling the cards to get the controls I wanted.

Submitted

wish there was a more cards, but fun game
