This is a fun location. Reading it gives the feeling of delving both down into the depths of a cave and deeper into a mystery.

Looks very easy to run. The psychic damage mechanic is great. Keeps them moving. Looks like a lot of fun. Really nice looking layout too.
Very strong entry, a clean layout and straightforward (in a good way) location. This is leaps ahead most 5e content out there, so I hope you share it everywhere and show others how is should be done :)
Very on theme and beautiful layout. I think the relationship between the beast and the storm needs to be slightly clearer - I take it that the beast conjures the storm (and killing it dispels the storm), but I can't see it explicitly stated. Otherwise, spot on.
Really cool dungeon crawl through a dark, creepy cave! I love the Psychic Storm idea to push the adventurers deeper, and you've got so many interesting encounters. This would work great as a one shot or dropped into a campaign.
A flavorful incidental encounter on an overland trip.
I appreciate the creation of unique monsters. I like that you didn't do an obvious, literal take on the title prompt, but used it as maybe an indirect mood piece.
Yeah originally I had some very different ideas for the title but liked the idea of the "last eon" refering to a long ago prior age, exploring a resting place of many different travellers. Rather than some of my original ideas which were more "end times" kind of settings. Thank you for checking out the adventure and leaving a comment! :)
This would work nicely as something to put on a random table for a travel encounter. I like the creatures, magic items, and dungeon layout. I like the basic interactivity and it feels like a good dangerous location without being punishing (Something hard to do in D&D 5e IMO). Also, good job keeping it nice and brief in the right way for a 5e adventure. Appendix N wise, the theme of ancient uncaring evil fits, as does the insect and cave stuff. Good job!
Yeah I agree - I do like this for a travel encounter or even for a greater mystery that can be heard about at a town even. Outside the Jam's scope I'd probably add a few extra hooks to the adventure, though for a one-shot I do like starting in the action as quick as possible. Thanks for leaving a comment and checking out the adventure! :)
I love the compact writing and clear layout.
The subtle insectoid theme is also executed very well, with lots of opportunities for foreshadowing the final beast encounter.
Lots of things to explore, with subtle hints as to what hidden secrets are to be found. It also feels very well held together and consistent.
I also like the clear overview of random tables, items and monsters on the back page, will certainly help the GM a lot.
The presentation here is really solid. This is a compelling crawl through interesting rooms that culminates in what seems to be a pretty satisfying boss fight! The one living NPC you can come across was a really interesting encounter to me. Lots of this captures an ominous, claustrophobic vibe well.
A phenomenally well-done module for D&D- the pacing, layout, and constant interactivity via checks/saves were all fantastically done!
I also liked that all of the treasure was useful & thematic, without being overpowered. Great job!
My small quibble is that it has little to do with the title. But it's a solid playable adventure. The psychic storm as a pacing mechanism is a nice touch.
incredible little adventure. undead caves, CLASSIC! the layout is also great, the final page layout in particular is chefs kiss
Really concise layout, it’s great that the last page has all the useful stats and item info together. Big fan of the acid pop that the grubs do when they die haha!
Thank you! I really wanted to fit all the stat blocks on the one page, with how big D&D stat blocks tend to be the challenge I wasn't expecting was trying to prune the details down to absolutely what is necisary. Glad you like the acid pop, always a fun surprise I found haha. Thanks so much for checking out the adventure and leaving a comment!
Fantastic cover and art direction! (love the font choices as well), but the real star of this whole submission is just how clean and actionable all the content is. Clear guidelines for running the adventure, each area has levers for the players to pull, as well as elegant ad hoc mechanics for the monsters, mushrooms, and psychic storms. Very well done, bravo!
What a great cover! Good, clear location descriptions will make it really easy for the DM to run. Your adventure all hangs together well, with a great climax. There's no fat or wastage here, great job
A very Appendix N feel. And with that D&D line with a gigantic creature at the end. Cool.
Great clean layout. As soon as I read "Cave Maw" I knew I was going to dig this. Map as silhouette just adds to the vibes. Love that you stated this is for Dungeons & Dragons on the cover. Not 5e. That d&d just goes hard and I love it.
A perfect amount of text to page ratio with everything being clearly labelled and easy to parse over. The prose are particularly evocative and homage back to the original authors of Appendix N. I really like the simple map design, and how well linked everything is. The psychic storm and mushroom effects were a really nice touch. A really thought out adventure. Bravo!
Such a nice way to create an old school style adventure for D&D, which hopefully can be a good introduction to the style for those who aren't familiar with it. Very weird and dark. Amazing cover as well!
