I'd like to see something change when this random bugged screen effect appears, maybe at least just the character sprite. Otherwise I like the graphics / style of the game, it looks really neat. ^^

I kew I could use my pokemon ice sliding skills someday ^^ thank you for uploading this funny little game, somwhere In stage 2 I quit, but I enyoid your game certainly
I was stuck on the "Mostly Mad Productions" Screen, if there is a way to fix this tell me and I will play it so I can rate :D
It's just like that one mobile game, but with "glitchy" effects. It looks good, but the level design could use some better work. The transition is also too long and sometimes doesn't work right, like the text shows in front of the white part.
Very awesome visual effects, just a touch too intense but that's not a problem for me. Felt like there wasn't really a challenge at first and I'm not sure what the difference between the bugged state and the normal state is other than visual changes.
There a couple of interesting puzzle mechanics I hadn't seen before (like the arrow). However, the visual effect is quite nauseating. You also re-use large parts of levels, in levels that are right after eachother (kinda defeats the purpose of a puzzle game). Your screenshots show that the game can be controlled with wasd, but only the arrow keys are supported.
I've also noticed that I often get reset to the beginning of the stage when I fail a level, but sometimes I can just redo the level. It is pretty annoying to be reset to the start of a stage and having to redo a bunch of level; so I don't understand why it is implemented in this way. I made it to stage 3, to the level with a truck load of portals and the end goal in the bottom right. Since I kept getting reset to the start of the stage, I stopped playing.
Very nice game! The only bad thing is when you repeat a part of a level in another level exactly which kind of deafeats some puzzle... But you got to create a lot of cotent quickly, am I right?
Try my game please; Mine has little content because of time constraints and not wanting to repeat to much of the previous game.

Edit: 4-stars all round by the way...
The visual effects are very good! The gameplay is solid, though very easy. It feels like it should be a puzzle game, but in most cases you just choose to either go at spikes or not to go at spikes, which isn't very puzzling. It's a bit irritating how the music restarts every time you load a level, would be much better if it just looped throughout the game. It's also a bit annoying that you go back several levels if you die. Otherwise a very solid submission!
This game has alot of great things about it. It looks great with all the glitchy visuals and such, it's fun to play, and it has a really nice set of mechanics. As for feedback, I think the only thing I didn't really like is how some parts with the arrows didn't really feel like a puzzle game, but more like waiting for the right moment to jump. It's just a small thing but still. Though it was good fun overall !
WOWIEEE! This was so much fun! I've got a little annoyed when I reached the portals (level/stage 3?). It's a little overwhelming and I can't find the player when I teleport to the other teleport somewhere in the room. You should color the player a little more vibrant or to be with a unique and salient shape. Anyway, it was a really nice experience. Great job!
I liked a lot the "Tutorial line" level at the begining of each stage. It was really great! Good job on that concept!
I had the idea that maybe you can add a "Next Move anticipation". I mean that if you're moving and you press an arrow just before you colide with a wall it will go in the dirrection you desired! It will help a bit with the flow.
Late in game I was unable to understand where my character was quickly at the start of a level, maybe you can also add some feedback at the begining to point out where he is.
I also got softlock there:

Nice level of polish you got there. I really liked the glitchy look it had, and the transitions that reminded me of the old TV's. Too much of a good thing though...I find after a while the random glitches were pulling me out more and weren't adding in a positive way to the experience. The other thing is I found it hard at times to know where I was as the player did blend in a bit. All that aside I'm impressed with the polish on this and the levels you got in there. That's no easy feat. Well done
