I pressed Ctrl+W and closed the tab. If I had streamed this, it would have been clipped. Game is hype btw.

Developer(+1)

Haha, since we don’t have a clip, we have a record of your act in the comments! Thank you for playing. :)

Submitted(+2)

Great work! Creativity is definitely at its peak! I'd like to see it with a real-life chat feature :) The controls are very nice, and I think the idea itself can be developed further.

Developer

Thanks a lot, it’s the kind of comments we love with the team, as it motivates us to go on!

Submitted(+1)

Very well done. I think this will be really cool when you get the twitch streamers involved with the gameplay. I have no complaints. I wish I could come up with something constructive but the gameplay and sound track were solid. Great job.

Developer(+1)

Well, thanks a lot for this strong and solid feedback friend!

Submitted(+1)

This is a great way to present the concept! The aim assist feels a little generous but the gameplay is nice and smooth regardless

Developer(+1)

Thanks! We may desactivate the aim assist, we are thinking about it.

Submitted(+2)

Having my game being controlled by twitch viewers definitely sounds like the scariest concept ever to me, so this fits haha

In all seriousness though, the controls are solid, level design has a great amount of depth and kudos for the awesome presentation. Great game!

Developer

Hahaha, that’s a very realistic vision!

Thanks for playing LowPolyFreak!

Developer(+1)

Thank you, so your fear may be true, because we may implement that in the future Muhahaha

Submitted(+2)

Very fun to play! The art is cool as well. It definitely gives off that classic DOOM-style vibe, especially with the fast-paced controls.

Developer

Thank you for playing MIN! Yeah DOOM 93 it’s a huge reference here.

Developer(+1)

Thank you, I really appreciate that our art convince you!

The game is really fun to play. The gameplay and music make it super enjoyable!

But I found one bug: you can walk on the slider and crawl into the hole, which causes you to fall out of the map.

Sorry for being a bit too curious, haha!

Developer

Thank you for playing KaoludKung! We love explorers, did you notice a little Easter egg behind the slider? We like to reward the curious, even when it comes to bugs, haha.

Submitted(+2)

Of course. And it even feels like there’s a secret shortcut, too!

Developer(+1)

Yeeaaah you found it pal! haha

Submitted(+2)

This was great fun! Nice voice acting!

Developer(+2)

Someone is telling me in my ear that the narrator is really happy to read that, contestant.!

Submitted(+2)

Really fun concept!! The sound design and aesthetic is top notch, it's like a cross between Doom and Quake. Super enjoyable.

Developer(+1)

All the team thank you very much for your nice comment!

Submitted(+2)

Loved the gameplay, visuell and the power-up system. Not a big fan that a door needs 100 kills to open, feels like forced stretching. Still a great game!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for your feedback, you are right, we may need to adjust some objectives

Submitted(+2)

Great fun FPS game where you kill a bunch of enemies. Nice visual and music!

Developer(+2)

Thank You Pseudoku! 😍

Submitted(+1)

Cool concept for a game! It reminds me of Immortal Redneck, where your Twitch chat could also choose effects for your run. I really loved the soundtrack and aesthetics. Was there a Kriyu mixed into the music, or am I tripping? lol

Btw, choosing Ctrl to crouch for a browser game wasn’t the best idea, since I accidentally closed the tab while crouching and trying to move forward. lmao

Developer (2 edits) (+1)

Hey, thank you for testing our game! We will test yours too! You can crouch with "C" or a side button of your mouse too. Rather handy in front of crazy Ninjas! We recommend to launch the .exe version to get the best experience!

Submitted(+2)

All I can say about ths game is "That's the sound of success, baby!"

Very interesting concept and a well polished FPS! The chat vote mechanic really makes this game stand from the crowd. The retro visuals also match the game's overral theme perfectly, and the voice actor did an amazing job!

Keep up the good work!

Developer(+1)

Haha thanks a lot, we love your comment, and I appreciate that you like my voice acting too! See you in the comments of YOUR game, contestant!

Submitted(+2)

Such a groovy vibe! Felt like this was Running Man or something. I think I ended up getting my butt kicked hard by the enemies that shot fire balls but it was so engaging to just shoot around.

Developer

Thanks for playing, and we’re sorry about your butt! I’ll test your game right after this comment!

Developer(+1)

Thaks for your feedback! We realized durind production that Running Man is similar to our concept, didn't know it until the anoucnement of the movie remake! And didn't kkow either the existence of Arnold's movie haha.

Submitted(+1)

As someone who enjoyed the OG Running Man, it only added to my enjoyment!

Submitted(+2)

Gameplay is super smooth and polished. I liked it quite a lot. Was missing some heals though but maybe that was part of it. Could be cool with some different guns too.

Remember to like and subscribe to this comment chat

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! There are healing items in the form of pizza slices that some enemies can drop. But there was no indication of this, so it’s normal that you didn’t notice it.

I’m subscribing and liking without hesitation (your game is incredibly original, I invite anyone reading this comment to go and try it out!). :)

Developer

Yeah we are thinking of a little health bonus in the Safe Room with the Floopy Disk on top of several plateforms. Thank you fr your feedback, some friends of mine had the same difficulty. But yes it's quite challenging too, so we hesitate!

Submitted(+2)

This reminds me a bit of killing room but I like this quite a bit more. I got a bit confused at the area with two doors since it kept unlocking back and forth but eventually realized I needed to kill more enemies in the main room to unlock the exit door. The movement felt good (especially the jumping).

Like someone else said, I didn't care for the aim lock. I'm not sure why but something about it was distracting me. I could possibly see that being helpful as an accessibility feature or for controllers through so maybe just having it as a toggle would be nice.

Overall, great stuff!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! We will definitely do something about the aim lock, like a toggle.

Thanks also for mentioning Killing Room. We weren’t familiar with it until now, but it could also be a source of inspiration!

Developer

Very constructive feedback, thanks a lot for this!

Submitted(+2)

Hi. Remember me from last year?

Anyway, nice job with this one!

Developer

Of course, I remember you and your adventurous Slime!

Thank you for playing! :)

Developer

Oh a Slime-like game like ours!!! I have to test it soon!!! Thanks for your feedback!

Submitted(+2)

Pretty fun game, good retro vibes. made me think of smash TV a bit too. the viewers kept decreasing my stats 😅 felt a bit underpowered in the game but was still fun. Good submision!

Developer(+1)

You’re right, it’s frustrating to receive a penalty just because virtual viewers have decided so, because it’s not a real stream or real humans who are “voting.”

We’re thinking about only offering improvements via votes (floppy disk) and only giving penalties when challenges are failed, for example.

Thanks for your feedback!

Submitted(+2)

Its no problem! it was still fun even if it seem "unfair" It has a lot of potential! especially with an actual audience that'd be pretty neat!

Developer(+1)

You are right! Thank you for your feedbacks!

Submitted(+2)

Pretty fun game, very boomer shooter vibes! it has a lot potential, with more upgrades, levels and more increase in difficulty can be more fun. I really would've like to see an streamer actually playing this.

Didn't quite like the aim lock that this game has going on. And the last room where you need to have 3 usb kinda get stale really quickly by needing to kill 50 enemies and having them spawn very little.

Overall it is a pretty cool game.

Developer

Hello Neeko!

For the aim lock, we took inspiration from games like Metroid Prime. Personally, would you prefer this mechanic? Would you like to remove it, make it activatable/deactivatable, or assign it to a key so that it only works on the targeted enemy when we want it to?

You’re right about the doors requiring too high a kill count. We’re also going to make sure that the spawn curve increases the longer you stay in the same room, to make it more and more intense.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Developer

Thank you Neeko, that's the kind of feedback we were looking for as a team, we have no choice to keep on and make a full game now! Lol

Submitted(+2)

Nice shooter! I think the jump is a bit too quick (gravity is too strong)

Developer

Hello Marianne!

We realize that the precision of the jumps and air control need to be adjusted, and your opinion that the gravity is too strong confirms this.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Developer

You're right, thanks for the feedback!
