Ok, it took FOREVER to start to figure this out. I thought it was a troll honestly, I didn't know there was a real way to win, but I did get there! Had to check the comments. I am the chosen one.
Good work!

How is your game meta (within each relevant category)?
This game breaks the fourth wall slightly, sometimes alluding to player's actions, sometimes directly referring to the player or the game's user interface.
This game is about gaming culture because it challenges some players' habits, especially in RPG.
It has genre deconstruction because it targets a specific part of typical RPGs. It features
game mechanic deconstruction because the roles of two staples of RPGs are swapped (no spoilers :D).

The dragon is a placeholder - we wanted to make our own TERRIFYING monster, but we haven't had enough time and skills (taken from here : http://dragons-crown.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Dragon

Good work!
The dragon looks amazing, and the rest of the art is solid. "Guess the right combination" isn't my cup of tea, but it's cool how many unique responses the game provides. :)
Nice game! But can you actually defeat the dragon? I couldn't figure out, and it kept mocking me!
Your game is part of my Let's Play video. Check it out!
Damn, I really enjoyed this one! I had the need to try again and again until I finally figured out the right combination. The "dialogues" are super on point, btw ;)
I liked the contrast between the pixeled main character and the full resolution dragon, it added metaness to it.
A basic idle for the hero would have been nice, tho, to make the scene look a little more dynamic, but it's ok :)
Thank you :) The art style for the Dragon was not supposed to be like that, but we didn't find the time (nor the ability) to draw one by ourselves. It is a placeholder image. But I'm glad it worked somehow as another meta feature! :D
We planned to have at least an idle animation for the hero, but we didn't make it for the same reasons mentioned above...
Thank you! It seems you become the Chosen One by chance... that also could happen when dealing with obscure Prophecies. ;)
There actually IS a specific combination written in the Prophecy, and a logical process that leads you to discover it by a process of elimination. The combination is reset when you win or close the game.
We are seeing that many players are confused by some aspects of the game, and we are working to fix them as an exercise on iterating playtest-design-implementation. This is thanks to feedback like yours! We hope you will try the new version when we'll manage to release it :D
Pretty meta stuff. Was secretly hoping that there would have been some epic battle animation to end it all, but all in all a nice lesson in choosing the right chosen one :D
Thanks! We tried to go full meta, risking to leave some players so puzzled to leave the game and never attempt to beat it again :D We are working on an update to address issues like this... it probably will not contain an epic battle animation for the end, but we have something similar in mind... :)
The writing is pretty nice! I like the central idea of the game. And it is well executed! I played several sessions to explore the dragons' lines, and the ways we fail at everything. It's very pleasant to see so much content without any repetition, that is actually consistent with the choices made!
Update: I didn't realize there was an actual ending the first time! :o That's pretty a pretty cool puzzle too!
