Love this. I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the Kenney Jam, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Incredible job.

That is a very interesting concept. It took me few seconds to notice where to go in the start. Couldn't get pass the graveyard. It enjoyable experience.

So far, this is the best jam entry I've seen!  Visually stunning and really feels like you've got some eldritch curse

Love the concept and the art! I would just make the time it takes for things to appear a little faster.

Thanks, if you stay immobile for longer (past the point where the screen is full) you can then walk for longer.

I loved the look of this! Extremely creative and innovative but my character went blind pretty much immediately and all I could see was white. I'm sure I was just being dumb and not getting it but with a blank white screen I wasn't really sure what to do?

Just take your time!

This is such a great consept. I kept wanting to get up closer to things to see what they were, and had to slow down to let the landscape appear from the white background. So many interesting things as well, and it all looked alive because of the way it is constantly shifting. The sounds were great as well, from the clattering over wood, to stepping on stones, and the owls hooting in the background. And I'm not sure if it was just my imagination or not, but it almost seemed like the landscape got jumbled up faster the more lights I collected. The only thing that might make this better is if there were other things to find hidden in the landscape besides the lights.

Thanks a lot! Actually I sprinkled a few hidden statues here and there, nothing collectible but still.
Also, have you find the ghost?

I did not find the ghost. I did find pillars, headstones, the top of a tower so that you could look down over everything. I couldn't figure out how to get to the light just out in the water though. Loved the windmill too!

The pond is not too deep, you can walk to it!

Maybe a bug then? I was trying to along the coast but it wouldn't let me go beyond the shore. I might try it again. Also wasn't sure how many lights there were to catch so I was never sure if I finished it.

It's 5 lights in total! For the beach one, there is a few rocks that go in the water you can walk on.

Oh, awesome, that's the only one I missed then.

I’m starting to like exploration games more now than before, but I think it’s just frustrating to be forced to stop explorating, gameplay wise I mean.

But I like the message you send with this! And also, very nice visuals! Is it all post-processing? I’m curious :)

I think stopping the player was necessary to enforce the message, also if you stayed more without moving you could then move for longer.
Yes it's a post process on a low resolution render.

I see! I couldn’t notice that aspect of waiting.

I managed to rush at some moments by walking fast in total whiteness, just by remembering the landscape xD

Thanks for the info, and congrats!

Lovely! Best looking Kenney Jam  game I've played so far.

great job on the graphics, amazing concept as well

Thank you!

Beatifull effect, but the performance is terrible. Game and theme is missing.

It runs at thousands of fps on my computer so I don't really think performance is an issue.
Also if you don't see the theme I think you really missed the point.

I just wish the time for the things to appear were faster, but overall very cool and beaultiful!

Thanks!

The visual style gave me some good ideas, well done! How did you achieve that effect or come up with it?

Thanks, it's a post process based on a low resolution render.

graphics are awesome! This was such a cool, simple, and creative game!

Thank you!

Really neat visual style, I like it a lot! I'm a pretty impatient person, but this game still managed to be really fun and cool! Nice work.

Thanks!
