Well done indeed for the time you spent on it! Really liked how you could jump up on plates and cups -- the feel of that felt very natural. Also great use of the seamless wildcard.
Thank you for the feedback. Glad you liked the experience. Thanks for noticing the seamless wildcard :D
The graphics are very good looking and give nice feeling to the game. The enemies are a bit easy and the world is sometimes too big (without anything happening) but I had a good time playing it.
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you had good time playing it. I will fine tune the hardness and I'm thinking to add some portals in the end of the wave to teleport you back at the fridge.
I like the art and I think you should continue with this game. I wish the enemies would perhaps stay at different levels like on plates which would make it challenging to shoot them in a small area. Not that there isn't a challenge now but to add variety. Good job overall.
Thanks for the feedback. I will add more dynamics in the future. Different levels on the plates sounds awesome.
I commented on the game earlier on game' page. I should review it here as well I suppose. To cut it short. I loved it. the art style is really dope.
Thank you for your comment .Please check the game information on the games main page to get the version where you can shoot bullets.
Looked good and seemed really promising but like btzr-io said the shoot wouldn't work for me either, even after I got the gun.
Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem is noted. I've tried to upload a new instance of the game, but the bullets seems not to work. But locally everything is fine. Please check my last devlog for more information. Thank you.
A fixed version is up. The whole situation is really complicated, but everything seems ok for now.
Awesome pixel art, I love the duck design, well done.
I still cant figure out how to shoot, I keep pressing "C" but is not shooting :(
I'll try later again.
Thank you for your comment! You can shoot after you get a weapon. But first you must jump down from the hole on the right.
hmm I did manage to get the weapon and return to shoot the light bulb, but still nothing happens when I press "c", anyway is still impressive this was done in 24 hours :)
Sorry for the inconvenience. Something with the html5 version seems off. Please refer to my last devlog. Thank you.

Yeah is working now, thanks :)
As a big fan of metal slug and other side scrolling shooters I really like the bones of this one. If you're planning on continuing to make it better (and I hope you do) I'm sure it will be a great game.
Thank you for your comment! Glad you liked the idea. I will surely continue developing the game!
I liked the different weapon upgrades and the different types of enemies. With the cool powerups, I think it could really develop into a fantastic game! Especially now that you added sounds :)
Thank you for your comment! I'm really happy you liked it. I will make it a full game. I've though about some TD style mechanic as placing turrets or stuff like that. I will try my best to implement them into the game in the near future. The sounds are rolled back. Please refer to this devblog.
I'm not going to comment on the bugginess because you mentioned that in your description, but I do have a few notes! First off, the art is absolutely fantastic. I love it. Second, I really wish the character moved faster. I really like feeling like I have some speed in a game, and moving this slow just kind of drags along. The other thing too, is for a platformer with semi solid platforms, you really expect to be able to press down and go back down through the platform. Other than that, this is a really cute charming game! Good job on your first jam!
Thank you for your feedback! There are character speed upgrades after clearing waves 2, 4 and 6. I'm thinking about creating a portal which will be spawned after you clear a wave in order to get back to the fridge. Noted that for the semi solid platforms. I will make sure it will be available in the next update. This is not only my first jam, but my first game finished at this level.
Cool! Yeah, I got a bit lost waiting for what was supposed to happen after the first wave. I guess I was supposed to return and hit the button again eh? I almost think character speed shouldn't be the upgrade, because moving at a decent speed just makes it more fun overall, but that's just my opinion! Good job!
Really fun game so far! I made it to Wave 3 and killed about 14 of them before I got trapped :D It took me a while to realise i had to return to the light to activate the next wave, and I couldn't see the text at the top of the screen. But great start and nice pixel art! Looking forward to playing your update :)
Thank you for your comment! The game is updated and it is a bit easier now. I reduced the space between the lines. And yeah, you must shoot the bulb in order to start the wave. No one wants to be caught unprepared :D
Pixel arts are cute!
Would like to see more fast-paced and dynamic combats!
Thank you for your feedback! I agree that the game must be more fast-paced. But this is my first game ever to be finished at this level.
A decent shooter with nice-looking sprites. Kinda wish there are challenges along the way - like make a duck fight with super snail or something like that.
Thank you for the idea! I had planned to have a boss fight, but due to time limitations and starting to develop at the last moment, this idea couldn't made it to this version.
Pretty fun platformy shooter. The pixel art graphics were very nice. I couldn't get past wave 3 to get a new gun, but two questions burn deeply within me: Why is the duck so tiny and why do the snails want to blow up the sink?
Thank you for your comment! Soon I will post an update to reduce the hardness. And there's a lore why the duck is so tiny and why the snails want to blow up the sink, but I'm afraid that this will be for another time.
I await the deep lore with bated breath ;)
Love the kitchenware art!
Thank you!
Cool little game! I couldn't quite see all of the help text that were on the top half of the screen, so I wander for a bit before I realize I need to hit the light to get the enemies flowing. Good graphic and interpretation of the tiny world theme. I enjoyed walking around among giant dishes and cups as a duck with a pistol.
Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad that you liked the experience. I will try to fix the issue with the texts.
