How does your game fit the theme?
I incorporated the theme of dice by designing the player as a die pip and the levels as cubic dice which must be navigated. The user's primary interaction with the world and the focus of the game's mechanics is through rotation of space, hence roll of the dice.

This is a really nice concept and very polished for a 2 day game jam and the gravity is very good.
Overall, this is a really good game and I implore you to continue making games of this quality.
This is so clever and beautiful. Exactly the kind of game, I like to play. With simple means, it creates an excellent atmosphere, with this relaxing forest level and later the last level where it intensifies with the humming and the occasional crackling of the core. Short enough to play through in the jam and still telling a little story. Great job, an excellent enty.
Well thought out puzzles with a unique mechanic. I really love the atmosphere you created with this game. Each puzzle feels different which i appreciate. In later puzzles i got stuck and it took me a little time to find the solution. The player character fell amazing to control. The sound was a bit buggy. I don't know if that was intentional, but it broke the mood a bit. Overall i think this is a amazing submission. Great job!
Great game, highly atmospheric. The concept was good, but I felt that the levels themselves could have been better - the first few levels don’t really require you to think, as just going whereever you physically can is enough to beat them, and the 5th and 6th levels are both more of a navigation challenge than a thinking puzzle. But this game was still absolutely great for a jam (and in general!). The visuals were excellent (although some anti aliasing really wouldn’t hurt), the sound design was highly immersive, and the game was very polished. Good game.
I enjoyed the art style and sfx very much! Also I liked the way to manipulate the gravity by moving between faces, A bit tricky but not too difficult. The level design is really well polished!
Ohh Dude....The Music and the visuals got me.....that was so amazing.....the change in ambient according to different levels got me curious to explore next level. i got stuck on forest coz.....i am bad at puzzle games....but overall a great entry

check out our game as well....!!
frankly just a beautiful game. the atmosphere the art and sounds produce is top notch. while the level design can get a bit tough to follow at times, i really enjoyed figuring it out! amazing job
Alright, I know the screenshots are pretty explicit. But as soon as I started to play and I "got it" (took like 1 sec) I chuckled in a "oh... this is it!" moment. Amazing game, excellent execution. great use of theme, beautiful game. Great challenge, just super polished all around. Nice progression between the levels, I thought it was perfect sized for a jam, but with clear potential for further expansion.
It was interesting to have no music, pure ambient, it worked really well with the feel. I think this is a winner, well done! (Oh and the whole perspective was so crazy, it often felt like there were much more than 6 sides (especially due to direction shifts) I don't know how you designed those levels, but hats off! Mind boggling stuff! Cheers.
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! I'm really proud of how the levels and atmosphere turned out. Level design on a cubic world was definitely a unique challenge, especially given that I programmed it such that the level geometry is laid out flat in the editor and gets wrapped up into a cube during runtime. Trying to picture how the faces connect to each other was a puzzle in itself!
This game is incredible. Really gave me nostalgic for Fez. Love your implementation of theme. The art, sound, and music is awesome. Different visuals for different levels is great and the puzzles were fun. I love the squash and stretch of the player dot, really gave it a personality. Fantastic job.
Awesome game! Can you show me how you were able to make the ball switch faces of the cube?
Rated your game, keep it up!
I'm glad you liked it! The effect of changing sides was achieved by laying out the cube in a 2D world and using 2D physics on that, along with some very meticulous placing of portals on the edges of each die face that change the player's position to the appropriate side as mapped to 2D and adjusting their orientation accordingly. Quite the challenge to pull off, but I think it turned out nicely! I plan on open-sourcing this pretty soon, if you're interested.
