Very cool fast paced little game. I really wish the new skills popup wouldn't interrupt the play or at least be dismissible by the jump button or some other button.
Overall it's a bit difficult to keep track of where I am in relation to bullets flying around and enemies moving but I think that's just a matter of playing it longer and getting used to it.
Presentation was really good, nice music, sfx and art was good!
Very cool laser shooting. Fun and simple gameplay! SFX for shooting is very satisfying, although would have like it more to add sfx on hitting the enemies, and taking damage. The gameplay end very abruptly a lot of the time when you did not notice you got hit before. Also player movement is very fast and floaty, very common with platformer game made with Unity D': One quick improvement I usually do is to mess around with that gravity & mass number in the ridgidbody. Guarantee for better jumping experience.
Overall, great job on this game!
Wish the pausing from the new randomized stats wasn't as abrupt, because the pauses i feel take away from the pacing of the gameplay! Played at https://twitch.tv/hedgein <3
I like the idea of randomized stats but I was interrupted after every 2 enemies to click the continue button for my new stats, and all I ever really looked at was health (when I rolled 1, I lost, that was basically it). The art was clean though, and it plays through as intended with progression and boss enemies, so good work!
Nice idea! I do have some suggestions though - I think stat rerolls happen way too often, which interrupts the gameplay, especially since you need to use mouse to skip it. Often I don't feel a serious impact from a reroll. Usually it comes down to my speed and max health (suddenly dropping to 1 hp in a middle of a fight is stressful, but can probably be fun in some situations, though I'd prefer a min of 2 to have a window for at least one mistake). Even dropping to 1 attack doesn't actually change anything for, since I'm blasting non-stop anyway. Also, what's with the dash stat? Are the jumping platforms affected by it? Still, great job, I really like the concept.
This is a fun little game! I think you used dice in a creative way for sure. I agree with some of the other reviews that the interruption to gameplay might be unnecessary, but it didn't take too much away from the flow of things in my opinion. I think more feedback for game events and maybe some tighter ranges for the different stats will make the game have a nice core loop, and more mechanics maybe can be added! I like this game, great effort!
Definitely a fun little high score game, there's a bit of strategy I could see here, though at the moment it does get interrupted quite a lot which is unfortunate. But there's something with the way the spawn and the different health bars based off sides as well as the multiple shots. I feel like a bit more difficulty in some ways and a bit more mixup in others could be interesting.
One main thing I will say is changing the stat reroll from a passive "here's a screen" to a background element, maybe with a actual die rolling or not, that slows the game down somewhat could act as a reward, as well as give you time to check the stats and avoid interrupting the flow of the game as much.
As well I do feel like the health and armor both rerolling essentially leads to them becoming less of a "oh no I have this much health" and more of a "oh look I regened _ health" essentially. Which led to me using it as a way to endlessly tank hits on the trampoline.
Also I will say, the jump stat, is absolutely crazy, It just goes insane at even level 3, which is surprising. So personally I feel like toning that done, if not possibly, changing how it works removing it could help. Cause currently when I did jump. There were a lot of situations where I would jump once, be fine, jump again after a reroll and fly to the sky then die on the way down. Maybe switching it up so it's more a "toggle" or "ability roll" maybe. That way it locks jumping possibly which would give the trampolines more use. As well as make it a little more understandable as to what's going on.
One final thing as well that's a little weird is the fact that bullets completely ignore terrain. Which sort of removes the point of the moving platforms at all. Since you're just going to move back and forth shooting from the other side of the map. Rather than having to move onto platforms and go from there. I feel like stopping everyone (you and the enemies) shooting through platforms or changing it so just the enemies can shoot through platforms could be interesting. Though if the enemy can shoot through I'd say some sort of limitation would help. Possibly some sort of shot cooldown, or slower moving projectile etc. To make it a little easier to deal with when there's multiple and you're having to move towards them to actually damage them.
Great game! I enjoy this game, Impressive game in such a short time. Great job!
Feel free to check my game if you want to challange your brain muscle!
This is great.
I like the feel, visuals and the idea of the game.
Some feedback on being hit and an option to skip the undated stats with a spacebar pr smthng would help a lot.
also it would be such an insane bug if you could ZA WARUDO when in undated stats state. Kinda sad its fixed.
Overall very impressive work over limitations via lack of experience.
Keep it up! :)

This is an awesome 48h edition of a game. The only thing that i'd like to have as a player is feedback on being hit.
Nice ! Very fun ! I loved moving and the idea of the dice showing their life on their faces was really cool. The pop up is annoying a bit because it breaks the flow of the game, maybe instead of a bouton to close it it could simply be if just you click somewhere ? Otherwise this was really fun, well done !
Fun game. Quick movement, ability to bumb enemies away and jumppads was reallty fun way to keep it moving. Even though at first iI got 185 point without even knowing that there was lava. Rerolling stats was fun idea, but didn't notice it that much and as they were rerolled couple second from last time, didnät have much time to get hang of what does what.
But simple look, nice quick gameplay and possibility to trasin in menu were great.
Nice work! :)
This game is actually really fun! Some small things that I love are how the menu works. Always a great idea to have an interactive menu like that. Other than that it was extremely suprising to me how fun it was to just jump around shoot and especially just kick enemies into the lava. Having collision enabled was a really really great idea and it’s so much fun to zoom around and kick some dudes.
Great work!
