Nice grame! I loved your camera animations. Sometimes the controls didn't reacted, which made the inverted controls a bit confusing. The puzzles were fun and it was really impressive how much you got done during the 48h. I enjoyed playing the game very much.

Great puzzle design! I struggled a bit with the controls and got stuck on the title page on my first boot, but the game had lots of unique, fun moments. Good work!

Neat idea and puzzles, but I did find the mirrored controls to be very disorienting.

I really like these puzzles, and I actually did kinda like the warped controls. Not that they were needed, but it really gave each dimension a distinct difference from the other. Some of the sprites do look like they're cut off kinda abruptly, but this is a game jam, not an art jam lol.

Just a small thing - there are a few puzzles where you had to push boxes around in a tiny area. It felt very fiddly because I was only moving the boxes a square at a time before switching dimensions. You can keep the exact same puzzle but just expand the space it's happening in so that when you switch dimensions you move the box two squares instead of one. This makes switching dimensions feel more "worth it", at lease for me.

Nice puzzle game. Well designed. Like others, I'm not sure you have to reverse control, the mirroring of environment was enough. Great job.

Nice puzzle game ^^ I rage quit when the game asked me to go back to the begining though x)

I really like the concept of switching between dimensions! It certainly adds a layer of depth to traditional block puzzles. Though, like many have already mentioned, the reversed controls are really annoying. The zooming transition between the two dimensions also felt a bit slow and nauseating, I think the transition should be sped up and be replaced with a fade effect. Also, it seems I can only carry one key at a time? When I was already carrying a key, I picked up another and then opened a door, only to find out that both my keys were consumed. Other than those things, I do like the concept here, some of the puzzles would only work with the added layer of dimension switching, so good job!

Thanks for your feedback! We are planning on removing the reversed controls as soon as itch.io allows us to update the game. Like you and many others have pointed out, the controls really were only there to add more difficulty.

The carrying of keys is a little different then you described. Keys have specific doors they unlock, and their corresponding doors are opened immediately upon grabbing the key, so you don't actually carry any of them.

Oh right, I guess I forgot that's how keys worked and I wasn't paying close enough attention. Well never mind that issue then!

It might sound weird but I was trying to think about how to move in the regular world, before going to mirror cause I was bad at the mirror controls.

The concept is alright but the execution of it could use some work.

It’s a bit clunky with the controls, and for some reason the menu screen was completely black for me and I had to try clicking around randomly to progress.

Overall, for me the movement mechanics and graphics could use a bit of polish, but at least the game and level design is good

Thanks for the feedback!

We've identified some problems with the controls and are planning to fix them as soon as itch.io allows us to update our game.

I'm not sure why you saw a black screen at the beginning, I'll have to look into that.

Nice game! Maybe the controls should stay the same in each dimension. I think it only adds difficulty without real additional value

Pretty solid. Cool that there's a save feature. The light story with the area names and intro text added alot.  cool game!

I wish the swapped world did not have reversed commands, i got stuck so many times accidentally getting crosswired in my brain hehehe

Pretty solid execution of the idea and pretty good level design. Reusing earlier areas was a fun idea! I do agree that swapping so often in some solutions gets a bit tedious but it's fine, great job! P.S. Good choice in music as well!

I loved the swap dimenssion effect at first but having to change so many times between dimensions make it a little too repetitive. But I really like the game ^^. Nice job!

Really cool! It has a really nice twist with the boxes and the controls being reversed. I trully liked it! Good work!

nice game! I like the idea of the two different dimensions. Got stuck on one part and couldn't figure it out. Also, bugged it out a couple times so I kinda wish there was a restart level button. Overall, good work!

I'd appreciate it is you could play/rate my game as well! :)

Really solid idea and good execution, good job

I like the idea of worlds connected, but I am not a big fan of inverted controls, specially considering the world mirrors itself. But that concept has some potential when applied good level design!

Submitted(+1)

Cool idea- I liked the reversed world concept.

Although it makes sense, mechanically, I think you could have got away without the reverse controls- the level/reverse level puzzle is satisfying enough without the indirection :)

I like this ! it's like a simplified "Thomas was alone". Great game and the control schema felt very smooth, including the swapping of characters.
