The fading lights are literally the lines on the carrot :) the first idea was to make them laser marks to indicate where you were supposed to cut, they fade over time ! :D

This has so much going on :D It's been a pleasure catching some streams on this, your calm demeanor when doing this is awesome to observe. Not going to lie, it's something I'm missing out on.
The rabbit? Nightmare fuel! As you mentioned yourself, the difficulty scaling seems a bit unbalanced, but that's not something uncommon in game jam entries, so for me personally that doesn't deduct anything from the content and goal of the game.
The atmosphere is in my opinion spot on, I was constantly feeling something was about to pop up, but that darn rabbit... The take on the theme I find rather unique, it's deeper than you'd think at first glance, but this kind of resource management is actually a proper genre in itself.
Also, game dev 101, you've made an in game tutorial. This is really a rare feature if you ask me, but oh so cool to have around. Well done !
Thank you Setolyx, keep being you. Cheers !
This worked nicely for me! Very well done, simple but very efficient. I'm not sure if I got the theme here, but gameplay wise it's really solid. I just have two minor comments, the carrot didn't really give the correct feel of speed, the parallax didn't really match up to that. Also, the jumping animation could you a tad more oomf (dust particles, a trail, etc). But considering it's a jam entry, superwel done !
Gamejams are special events we need to appreciate more. Not only do games get made, stress and effort is shared and creativity is sparked. I've seen it happen and I can truly tell, this entry did not just made me giggle and enjoy the gameplay, for the entirety of the jam it. It goes beyond, I've followed their streams and I can honestly say, this is a unit that pushes through and supports eachother, I mean... who makes instruments out of actual carrots... Thank you ! THAT BEING SAID
The game is amazing. Not much to be added. I loved it, sure it was lacking some "oomf" and animations, but in the end it all came together nicely nonetheless. T-pose FOR LIFE. I loved the chaos, the gameplay, the music, it all fits together perfectly. It really sucked me in. Lovely !
I love this game ! It's incredibly fun and one of the more original takes on the theme. It did feel a bit off, I don't know what it is (maybe the movement). A little bit more crunch would make it so much better, some screen shake when hitting enemies, stuff like that. But I loved it so much, it felt like an actual show. Thank you for making this !
This is very crunch! Well done :D The only comment I have is something that has been mentioned. But to me it sometimes feels like rubbing my stomach and my head at the same time, mostly because the notes are not syncing up with the gameplay. I do have to say, it's not trivial to do that so I fully understand in the scope of the jam.
Don't tell me what to do, I'll rate this game if I want to and I'll rate it appropriately ! It's amazing... A FRIGGIN MAZING, doodle jump extreme. Zip it and Ship it !

Trauma unlocked, this is worse than the killer rabbit in Monty Python :D This is really cool, I love clicker/idle games and you guys have really nailed it. You did well to make the clicking feel chaotic, but a bit more "oomf" would have made it even better (screen shake, particles, etc). Loved it :) Plus-points for generating this much content in a short jam !

This one instantly caught my eye. I love that you pulled in real biology with Mendel genetics ! This is great and would be a really cool idle game, if you'd expand the world a bit... I love it a lot. But now for the game, I feel the style is not always consistent, which is really important in games like this. The concept is great, but it feels like it needs a bit more work to iron it all out. This is completely normal during the scope of a game jam. Other than that, very cosy and casual gameplay. I know for a fact my toddler would love a finished butterfly game like this !
I could be extremely brief here, zip it and ship it ! This felt really completed and polished. Auto battlers are something I really like, I love picking at AI and thinking about how things could work in the back. Very impressive for a short format jam like this. It might need a little bit of balance, I kinda felt overpowered at some points, but within the scope of the jam this is perfectly acceptable ! Well done !
This game is amazing ! Well done. I really love the voice acting, it is so comfy and suiting. Very well made and I think you should be quite proud ! Simple but effective. I can't wait too see more from you. Also, RPG maker? Really? That is so brave ! I can now point at your entry to tell people that the engine doesn't matter one bit, as long as heart is in it. Simply splendid !
I love the artwork and the game feels very fluent, everything makes sense. It looked like a gamified Bob Ross painting. Very nice work ! I had one issue with resolution, but that probably was due to my set up. I can honestly see you finishing this up, adding some content and polish and it'll be an amazing casual game !
Love the game, it's a great concept and matches the theme completely ! I love that you found the time to add some drama to the ending :) I would have expected to gradually grow the snowball with a lerp of the radius (kinda what's been described below). Also, a nice challenge could be to attach the objects you've rolled up tangentially to the sphere :D Katamari Damacy style ! Overall, very nicely done, loved it :)
The colors mean stability ! blue = very stable, red = unstable and yellow = perfect placement :) The colors don't correspond to the center of the previous block, but to the center of the entire pillar you've made :D So yes, they do mean something ^-^ There are no checkpoints :) It would take away the stress of doing better. Thank you for playing ! :D
Oh boy ! A complete oversight on my end. Since I had a couple of hours to spare I tried to update the code so it doesn't blast out your eardrums ! Either way, thank you so much for playing :) My initial idea was to build an actual maze of doors for players to travel through (the maze generation code is actually used for the door-puzzle). This seemed a nice scope-reduction, but I am very glad you've enjoyed it. I think of it as a "fidget toy game" :D
Hey there ! Thanks for playing ^-^ Yeah the theme might be a bit off, at the initial design stage the intention was to really drag the tentacle all the way to the bottom of the ocean, but that didn't work out with the progress I was making. Game jams is all about scope definition and the "vertical slice"... or "least viable product" turned out to be this ! And that's (in my opinion) still relevant to the theme ^-^ Thank you so much !
