Trauma unlocked, this is worse than the killer rabbit in Monty Python :D This is really cool, I love clicker/idle games and you guys have really nailed it. You did well to make the clicking feel chaotic, but a bit more "oomf" would have made it even better (screen shake, particles, etc). Loved it :) Plus-points for generating this much content in a short jam !

Congrats on the entry!

That rabbit is so cursed!!! hahaha

Would have loved to see a bit more depth to the upgrades than just more strength per click.

Also would have been cool to see some quality of life improvements such as hold to click, keeping upgrades open on the side instead of having to open menu each time and some random pitch variation on eating sound since it plays so often.

That bunny is adorable! ^^

Oooo I love a good clicker game! This was a really well put together project for your first game! I have a few things I'd like to point out. First of all, the sound design and music was great, the CHOMP sound never failed to get me to smile, and the lil toot sound effect in the song haha. There is a slight issue with the decoration mechanic. The spot on the far right side overlaps with menus and will get rid of your decoration if you click too close to it when opening the menus. Also I am not tooo sure how this connects to fading light. I suppose I could take the upgrades becoming slowly more unhinged as the light fading from the rabbit as he becomes more monster like. Other than those small things, the game was really amazing! It was surprisingly in depth for the time frame we were given for the jam. Congrats guys!

Originally the fading light portion was going to be exactly that with the upgrades, with the rituals feature originally planned to be  morphing the rabbit into more and more of an eldritch being taking all the light from the universe, but somewhere along the way we prioritized getting the game in on time over adding in the feature, (we learned sprites take a long time to draw haha). If we re did the jam, we'd probably should've just added a simple light dimmer the more upgrades were purchased. Thank you for playing and for the feedback!

I could definitely see the vision! Time management and figuring out the scope of your project can be one of the hardest things about these game jams. Glad you were able to get out a finished game in time.

Cool game, though I feel like I miss the theme of the jam here. Also, I would not recommend to make the button you spam, make a sound :p Though it did make it a bit funny! Very amazing art!

Something has to be said about those random chances :D grafik.png

Joking! Great piece of art, nice clicker game. Some half an hour and three carpal tunnel syndroms later I finally got my grip on the void carrot thus completed the game. Thank you for sharing this with the community!

hahaha, I'm pretty sure Bryce put the the tree at a much lower percentage as everything else (I think it's 5%?) we wanted to draw a lot more decorations but only had enough time for these. Thank you! I'm glad you played the  game until the end!

I win. I don't think my score can be beaten. I got 118,164,367 power and counting. I'll stop in a few hours :)

I loved it!! I found a bug where if you have your decoration in-hand, you can move the rabbit around, which I can't complain, it defined the game for me and I LOVED IT. I would've given this a solid rate if it were to have the Fading Light theme, at least we got the carrots! GGs, and thank you for joining the jam!! It's a solid game for a first game that you guys made!! I'm HONORED!!
