Oh this was a lovely idea! I died plenty, but really wanted to keep trying again! Good luck! 🧡

Really nice take on the theme! Only was a bit difficult for me at a certain point, but maybe that’s just me :D I also love how you start without the mechanic until you are forced to fall in this cave, then the game really starts!

very nice precision platformer, though i did find it to be way too difficult.

Also viewport dimensions that you should set on itch is the game's canvas resolution (Project Settings>Player>WebGL>Resolution and Presentation) and +50 on height so that it doesnt have a weird cutoff on the bottom

Well done on getting this entry in!

Immediately was impressed by how well implemented and animated the hop charging was. Awesome work.

Struggled quite a bit the collision weirdness and felt like compared to the wonderful rabbit some of the other visuals fell behind.

Would have loved to see some time dedicated to sounds, especially on the hop.

Level design was fun to explore and satisfying to beat.

Awesome stuff. <3

It reminds of the fake mario kidna game where you have to jump on platforms, and if you jump poorly you have to restart everyhing more or less. I am sad that I wasn't able to really hear the music, it was very low on my part, but overall a very solid take. I really like the art as well! Congrats, and thank you for participating in the jam!!

Nice art sprites, good mechanics. Fits well with the theme and gimmick. Maybe I'm just bad, but it's a bit hard for me T-T. Died like 7 times at the dark cave part.
