Congrats on the entry!
Awesome music, somehow gives you a great sense of progression as you go.
Art was beautiful. For me personally, would have loved if it was a bit more zoomed out.
<3
Congrats on the entry!
Was definitely not expecting voice acting but it was a pleasant surprise. It was so good.
Unfortunately I did not find the gameplay very enjoyable since the prompts did not seem in sync with the music and the limited color palette made it a bit hard to parse the information on the screen. I also felt the theme was very core to the experience.
The presentation was incredible though. Art, voice over and whatever shader you used that made the game feel like you were watching a video instead of playing a game was spot on.
Well done. <3
Congrats on the entry!
That rabbit is so cursed!!! hahaha
Would have loved to see a bit more depth to the upgrades than just more strength per click.
Also would have been cool to see some quality of life improvements such as hold to click, keeping upgrades open on the side instead of having to open menu each time and some random pitch variation on eating sound since it plays so often.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to grasp what I was supposed to do to keep the shadows away. :(
The art was absolutely insane though. Loved it.
It was awesome to hear all the different sounds but I would have loved to have a subtle ambient sound that's always playing so you don't go from complete silence to loud sounds.
Congrats on the entry!
Unfortunately the character movement and combat felt quite laggy and difficult to control.
While the "fading" part of the theme didnt feel super prevalent, it was awesome the see the "light" both mechanically and in the lore!
Amazing work on the art and all the combat features like block and parry. And all the enemy types with unique attack animation!! That was awesome.
The game has such a nice and beautiful atmosphere with the pixelated light effect, really wish there was a sound scape to compliment it.
Amazing work. <3
Let me get the not so good out of they way.
Carrodino moved waaay to fast! Very hard to control. Also I wish there was a bit more feedback when hitting enemies to make it more satisfying.
EVERYTHING else I absolutely loved! The art, the concept, the music, the atmosphere, even the itch page was an absolute highlight for me.
One of my favorites, can tell a lot of love went into it. <3
Congrats on the entry!!
I was very looking forward to try this out by looking at the art and it did not disappoint.
Gorgeous art, music, sounds. The main character is beautifully animated.
I was not able to finish the game unfortunately. I think I lost? But it wasnt getting dark or anything so I'm not sure what happened.
Amazing work on the level design too, it was quite fun to explore.
Amazing entry overall. <3
Setooooo! Pleasure to have gotten to jam with you <3 Congrats on the entry.
Completely agree with you that the difficulty curve was too easy. Specially with the horror undertone, I was expecting to feel a little more stressed about the time.
I also wish the theme was a little more core to the experience.
Highlight for me was definitely the vibes. The visuals, the sound, the integrated tutorial and that frekin rabbit.
That thing will haunt me in my sleep. <3
Congrats on the entry!
I wish the game was a bit harder as selecting upgrades and positioning with not much thought seemed to still result in a win.
Hopefully in the future we get to see more rabbit/enemy types.
Art was the highlight for me and quite impressive that you got this much done in so little time. <3
Well done getting this entry in team!
Was not expecting the game to be so chaotic which resulted in me being SUPER engaged. I was in the zone managing the restaurant. Good stuff.
I'm pretty sure my first go I was doing everything correctly (did not let any orders fail) and I still lost?
I also struggled a bit with the upgrades as it took a long time for me to get enough coins and when I did I wasnt sure if they would actually help me. Maybe the actual stats made it easier but it didnt feel like that. I didnt get that satisfaction hit after purchasing them.
The satisfaction came from being able to overcome the crazy amount of orders and getting it all sorted.
Makes me wonder what the game could look like if it started out super chaotic and over time your upgrades would automate the restaurant management and at the end you could just sit back and see it all go. (Mostly because the game has no intensity breaks and my hand cant handle it anymore LUL)
I. CANNOT. BELIEVE. all the sounds were made with carrot. You guys are insanely creative. Amazing stuff. <3
Holy moly, congrats on the entry!

Was super engaged and managed to get all the way up to the clouds. Was super surprised to see there was more up there. Will see if I can discover everything you added up there.
Lateral movement was a bit of a pain point as I felt the character sped up too fast and easily lost control. However, I do understand that this may have been so that the game was challenging and therefore more fun. Trusting you on this one.
While conceptually "Fading light" was central to the game I couldn't help but imagine a version of this game where there is a more mechanical influence for the light instead of just a representation of a timer/hp.
Dat character tho. Absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to see what else you do with it, both in here and Veilbound.
Crazy crazy awesome entry. You nailed it team. <3
Well done on getting this entry in!
Immediately was impressed by how well implemented and animated the hop charging was. Awesome work.
Struggled quite a bit the collision weirdness and felt like compared to the wonderful rabbit some of the other visuals fell behind.
Would have loved to see some time dedicated to sounds, especially on the hop.
Level design was fun to explore and satisfying to beat.
Awesome stuff. <3
Lets goooo! Congrats on the entry!
Really enjoyed the visuals, the use of light was awesome.
With that said, I don't think the theme was a core part of the experience. Specifically on the "Fading" side of things.
That main menu however. I'm pretty sure will stay in my brain for a good while and influence some main menus I get to do in the future.
Well done. <3
Amazing work, well done on submitting an entry!
Absolutely loved our main character here. That rabbit is the cutest thing ever.
Liked the environment, mountains backdrop, skybox but not so much the very short music loop.
At the start of the game I thought the camera and movement control were not good but by the end of my session I think you made the perfect choice in controlling the rabbit like a car as that is what was most enjoyable about the experience.
Well done again! <3
Really cool game here. Loving the art and music.
Still need to beat the caterpillar boss but loving the variety of the bosses so far.
Thank you for putting booties on the spider, I think that kept the arachnophobia away. 😂
Smol bit of feeback. For the projectile based mechanics, it felt like the character hitbox was a little off where the projectiles would hit the characters head but, in 3D space, it felt like it should have passed behind the character instead.

Congrats on submitting this entry! Glad to have jammed along side you.
Interesting little game where you have to decide to commit your precious shots to the object or defend yourself.
A few little animation could go a log way for improving game feel. Such as moving the soldiers or adding a kickback to the canon!
Theme wise, while the cannon does indeed explode it did not feel like it was core to the gameplay.
<3
Very interesting take on the theme XD
Art was so so so good. those animations were just top tier. Amazing entry.
While it was great to see so many levels, I found myself constantly fighting the character controller and feel like I was not able to fully enjoy them.
Would love to try this again with a few adjustments such as coyote time, enemy chart windups and better hitboxes.
<3
Amazing work team, proud to say I witnessed the end screen!!
Congrats on the entry. Game felt like a cohesive package and provided some good laughs while bonking into the asteroids and yeeting helpless creature "accidentally".
Biggest criticism would be that I did not feel the theme of the jam much throughout the playthrough.
Awesome work team, congrats on the entry!
Please either heavily moderate the leaderboard or disable it entirely. It is already being misused!
Not quite my type of game but very much appreciated the originality of the power up system and how they can be chained together for some cool combos.
While the visual effects looked great, I think the overall visuals could use some more cohesion.
Genius idea to use the fuse to show jump strength.
Theme on point.
<3
I'm so sorry but I have no idea what's happening!
I really appreciated the ability to completely control the game with the keyboard but the fact there is this internal cooldown between every key press made it so I kept pressing keys and the game did not respond which did not feel great.
I feel you actually got quite a bit in this entry but, since I couldn't really understand what's happening, I was unable to experience it all.
The visuals are awesome and the "desktop game" aspect is implemented perfectly.
I really appreciated the sound controls so I could just have it in the corner and the collapsible windows were a really nice touch.
Gameplay wise I thought it was super cute how the Art/Fun need was so varied with all the different activities they can do.
I think the needs were tuned perfectly for the jam but, after the jam, it would be great to have the needs decay slower so you just need to help them out every once in a while.
The music was great and I think complimented the visuals very well. Some of the SFX though actually made me jump though due to their loud volume and aggressiveness which, in my opinion, really broke the cozier vibe.
Once depression hit I was not able to revive them unfortunately, not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
Really awesome entry that perfectly captures the theme. <3
