This has so much going on :D It's been a pleasure catching some streams on this, your calm demeanor when doing this is awesome to observe. Not going to lie, it's something I'm missing out on.
The rabbit? Nightmare fuel! As you mentioned yourself, the difficulty scaling seems a bit unbalanced, but that's not something uncommon in game jam entries, so for me personally that doesn't deduct anything from the content and goal of the game.
The atmosphere is in my opinion spot on, I was constantly feeling something was about to pop up, but that darn rabbit... The take on the theme I find rather unique, it's deeper than you'd think at first glance, but this kind of resource management is actually a proper genre in itself.
Also, game dev 101, you've made an in game tutorial. This is really a rare feature if you ask me, but oh so cool to have around. Well done !

Completely agree with you that the difficulty curve was too easy. Specially with the horror undertone, I was expecting to feel a little more stressed about the time.
I also wish the theme was a little more core to the experience.
Highlight for me was definitely the vibes. The visuals, the sound, the integrated tutorial and that frekin rabbit.
That thing will haunt me in my sleep. <3
well done Sehtow! The bunny defo gives the vibe of it wanting to eat you when you don’t meet the quota. Sadly the game felt a little bit too easy so i didn’t feel too stressed to meet the quota after 2-3 days!
