Super cool and original take on the theme! Haven't seen this before. I know you're aware of the issues, so with the 1.1 patch is would be a really fun experience!

I found it really hard to control as the camera moves really a lot and there's quite a bit of deceleration/acceleration. The lil character looks super pretty though! :)
Very cool & nice take on the theme, did not get it during the first level but the next one really made it interesting!
Others already mentioned the acceleration issue, but otherwise fun game with a creative idea!
Very creative and fun expirience, but it was hard to get at the start and some parts looked very different for the rest.
Overall its a great game!
The acceleration needs some work and the keys chain distracted me while playing.
Other than that, it was a neat game with a cool concept.
Ive received a lot of feedback on the acceleration issues and will be releasing an updated version after the jam.
If youre talking about the chain covering a big art of the screen, you were probably not playing fullscreen which helps, but I will also try fixing the scaling in the smaller mode as well
This is definitely a fun take on Joined Together! (interestingly it would work for last year's GMTK as well)
I think it's main problems right now are clunky platforming, and the camera follow feels way too aggressive and makes it a little hard to follow where you are.
Some of the art for the game is upscaled (mostly the sign and logo) and looks a little off. The idea is fine, but I think the player has too much acceleration while moving and does not slow fast enough. It seems you were inspired by Super Meat Boy. The game gives me a very similar vibe (which is a good thing tbh). Good job tho on finishing your game and posting it a time. Wish you much luck and patience with future projects.
The game idea is really cool, maybe the best one I have seen! Some of the art looked weird when scaled up but that’s okay. I didn’t know the chain meant at the start but I figured it out quickly. The level was designed really great an the player was really fun and smooth to control. The collisions on that spike wheel was a little bit of or maybe I just hit it, it made me really mad. I will definitely visset this in the future and beat the world record
Fun game. Although the artwork felt a bit "mix and match", it was made up for by the smooth player controlling.
This game was very fun. I liked how you could not just jump over the pit the second time you play. Very nice.
I really liked the concept, and I don't know if it was intentional that you couldn't jump from ladders, so I got a bit stuck on the first "chaining", but I liked the game!
The controls were a little too sensitive at times and I would have liked maybe more linient checkpoints, but overall a very pleasant little romp through platformer land. :3
Nice feel, the momentum was difficult to get used to. But a nice entry :)

Very clever concept.
Especially liked how signs become an unexpected obstical.
Would have been nice to see it go a bit further. Perhaps with more levels
