Thanks! didn’t see that misspell at all. I will fix that as soon as possible. I like to explore new game ideas. Glad that you liked it.

Can’t wait to play more of you games let me know when creating a new one. If you need anything let me know. I mostly know godot but can probably help you with someting

Lovely game! It was so much fun even though you followed a tutorial. The levels were amazing and you have a great talent for level design. The only thing I can point out that’s bad is that the game has no you in it. It’s super fun and stuff but the only thing you added that was you was the level design and the moving platforms. The transitions was awsome though. I couldn’t notice any stutring. You page looks pretty sketchy. I think that’s why there is no comments here. I suggest making a HTML version. I also suggest that you do something about the downloading exe. The computer warns you about a virus and if it weren’t for your habitica post I would never play it. Sad such a great game don’t get played only for the sketchy DOWNLOAD

Had some stuff come up at school so can’t join the game jam sadly. I was suprised when I didn’t see any comments on the game it was so good.

The idea is so great!

The game could use sounds, there is currently one sound and that when they see you.

Another point is that the controls is a little bit hard to control. Maybe make it so you move left between the lanes if you press d and not w and d.

The game art is awesome! Even though everything is almost made out of cubes the texture make them look so good.

I have a game jam and the theme is your the monster, hope you don’t mind if I borrow your idea?

gles 2, I am so sorry for the late respons

The game looks really interesting. I can’t believe you did that in the only scratch. I thought it was limited on the features. But you proved me wrong.

Hope you Enjoy it! Check out the devlog and write some feedback it means a lot. Thanks for your time!

Wich engine are you using?

Can’t you post a web version so I don’t have to download it?

Really? I am from Norway and 15. Not far apart huh. Btw it looks cool but then you should add a little bit more speed to the camera or slow down the player. The player character must be always on the screen or the player gets frustrated and negative about your game. Tell me if you need any help

This game was really good. I didn’t know this was your first game at all. It was made so fast to wow. Here is some feedback I wished people told me for my first game.

  1. The text in the browser doesn’t look that good at all. I don’t know why but it was just random pixels. But it doesn’t look bad at all in the screenshot. I think I can help you with that. hit me up.

  2. The camera is too slow. Maybe you did it by choice but sometimes you just can’t see the player. Also, it was annoying to jump down because you didn’t were you jumped.

  3. your game is kind of big so when you die and has to start from the start it is really annoying.

  4. Didn’t know the controls and tried to walk with arrow keys. Easily fixed by adding the arrow keys to the input map.

  5. The mouse is never used in the game, so it shouldn’t be visible at all. You should at least make it usable in the menu.

  6. The game could use some SFX because the only sound is the music. It is easy but you just have to remember it. It adds a lot to a game.

Your art looks amazing though and I love the particles. I also loved the street lights. It could use some shadows too but that’s an artistic choice you have to do yourself. The music is amazing and fits the game world so well. Can’t wait for your next games if this is your first.

I am using Godot engine too and if your planning to update the game I can help you out. Just hit me up if you need anything.

Your first game?? It has a story and everything and it’s your first game? Looking forward to seeing your next games. I thought my first game was good until I saw this. Now, mine sucks.

Going to write some more feedback in the submission for the jam.

This game was alot of fun. How do you come up with so cool ideas?

btw my record is 23 on hippodrome

Wow! I didn’t know a game could be this meaningful. Keep on creating such great games. This is the most meaningful game I have ever played and it inspires me to make games that have a little bit of meaning in them

This could be a really fun mobile game. You should try to release it

The game art is amazing. Did you make all that by your self? The game is pretty hard, I know you probably find it fun because it challenges you but to someone who never played it before it’s pretty hard. Still I think if you tweak some stuff this could be a really fun game.

edit my record was 17 waves

Ahaha Ik going to fix that soon

This is really good for your first game! I think your first game is much better than mine: https://red-cube-gamedev.itch.io/my-first-game

The only minor change I wouldv’e done is try to make it harder the longer you stay. So it becomes hard for the player to survive longer.

The art does look great and the music is even better.

There is also another change I wouldv’e done. The player don’t know what the controls are and have to kind of gues. It’s an easy fix really just right down the controls in the description of the game.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. I have heard the most but I haven’t heard of holding in a button to move. I think that would make the game simpler, so I will add it. Thanks for the feedback it means a lot

I am going to update it next week. Can’t do it now because of the game jam thing but after the jam

Thanks alot. I loved the art too! it was a collab I only did the programing. I think without me collabing this game wouldn’t be as good. Thanks for playing and the feedback means a lot. Btw going to update it sunday 27.

That’s what I was thinking too! Adding more blocks and making this a small and fun mobile game. Thanks so much for playing the game and making a video about it. It means a lot and gives a lot of feedback, just seeing you play and think already gave me a lot of ideas that would help the game grow! Thanks

I will add a mechanic that would make the level harder an more interesting Sunday 27.Thanks for the feedback though means a lot

Going to add more mechanics that make the game harder later on!

Thanks means alot

Going to update it soon with more levels!

There is no button:( for now though I am going to update the game past jam. Going to add more levels change audio (Got a composer) and even adding a new block! The full version of it will be out next Sunday, like 26 Sunday. In 10 days
