Very fun- this game is very replayable and quite fun

liked the combining of top-down shooters and tower defense. It plays a bit slow but it has a lot of potentials.

I liked the game, a simple little score attack with some cute mechanics.

Personally I would've liked to see perhaps alternately keyboard shortcuts to the upgrade so I wouldn't have to to swap between the control of my heart as much. But it worked well enough. And maybe some more emphasis on the disconnection? Because it mostly boiled down to connecting more, and having to save up for an extra turret that you can then somehow miss out on feels a bit off for a game.

That stuff aside, it was very solidly made, fun to play and very polished. Great job on the gamejam and keep up the good work!

Superb game! Extremely fun, killing these sad faces is sooo satisfying! The music create a perfect atmosphere for the game! Well done 😁

I like the game but I think if you can play with keyboard that would be nice too ^^ maybe is just me ^^ good job ^^

The controls were great. I feel the actual game area was a little small, but overall nice experience.

Nice concept! Quite enjoyable, a little punishing but had a great time!

I really liked the dragging controls and being exclusively in charge of movement, with almost no say in how the shooting happens. It's both more precise for movement, and more imprecise for shooting (because you have to rotate canons correctly towards enemies, which requires you to move correctly). I found that really interesting!

Thankfully the mines were moveable, which allowed for some split second last saves, but also meant not being able to move the heart in the meantime, so again an interesting trade-off here!

Sadly it seems anger just got more and more intense. Must have been all those coins I accumulated without paying any taxes.

Great take on the theme! I wish there was a shortcut to upgrade tho.

Interesting idea! And fun to play!

Only thing breaking the flow of gameplay was needing to press the upgrade buttons, I had a good time otherwise! :D

Thank you for your kind words <3

Enough people have commented now that I've decided that post Jam I'll upload a version with [1] [2] and [3] as hot keys for buying upgrades.

Simple & nice. I just wish there were shortcuts for the upgrades, having to break my movement is quite the end of me

I really enjoyed it! Loved the fact that the AI shoots for you and you just have to move (found the movement very difficult though but maybe that was intentional). One thing I would say is change the controls, since I am moving with the mouse it would be nice to have the upgrades bound to buttons instead of me having to take my focus off moving the player to buy upgrades

I really enjoyed this game. I wasn't very good at it but I love the concept and will definitely have to try it again when I have a mouse. Well done, really great music as well.

Pip... I haven't heard this name in ages... What was it?? 1 year maybe?? Happy to see you back again... (^u^)

Ok, to the feedback now: Game is very fun and addicting, nothing to say about that, but the menu is very unintuitive imo: the little hint that says to drag stuff isn't explicit enough, and i'd say a bit hidden too. Also the theme is a bit weak on this entry imo (but then again, i'm in no place to complain about that, really -w-)
