my brain cant keep up to the speed but ive somehow drove the circle too fast and its spinning endlessly scoring non stop, i assume thats because points are more common than the x
This was a cool idea, but I think the execution was a little imbalanced. I managed to avoid a couple 'X's and was hoping they'd just go away, but I think I had to hit them to progress. With that in mind, the strategy became just speeding up the circle and letting it go on its own for a while - I got to about 1000 before I called it. I think if you find a way around that you have a pretty interesting concept, though. There's definitely something in there. Presentation was great, too. Nice work!
fun game. you can add to much to this! it was alot of fun. only thing, after you get past 70. you can just keep the line on and you will keep adding points. and maybe have the items spawn randomly not only when all items are off the board.
At first this game felt very chaotic. The turning went so fast, and I couldn't place my lines the way I wanted to. But then I had a line straight down the middle, and I could basically let the game run forever. I was hitting more blue dots than red crosses, so it just kept going...
Nice concept, and I love the color scheme and overall aesthetic! Great job.
I really like this concept. The visuals and music a great. I feel like it needs a few tweaks because I got the wheel spinning at insane speeds and I was just hitting everything and it worked out. Nice job.
Art and music are nice, but like other people mentioned, making a line through the middle seems to be the best strategy. I did it randomly, and just kept gaining points.
Fun game and an interesting concept using the theme, although it seems you can just make a line going through the middle and just leave it, there always seems to be more points than crosses, and it would be nice to either have a button to remove the current connection or at least make it visible to which one will stay when you click another circle.
The presentation is really nice however, and all in all, still a great idea with a good execution. Good job!
I liked the idea of joining points on a circle. But the easier way to score more points would be to draw a line through the center. Maybe increase the damage done a cross. And the game was way too fast for me. Starting slow and gradually increasing the rotation speed could solve the issue.
Overall, I liked the look and feel of the game. Nice work.
Really like the idea but after getting a couple points you can just draw a line through the center and just farm points.
Maybe slow the speed down and make the line disappear after collecting something. And make only 1 cross appear every once in a while. Overall great idea and interesting take on the theme. Good work :D
Agreeing with the other comments, the colors and icons are nice, gameplay is original, but the spin speed is a bit fast and red X's should either take away more points, or get 3 X's and you have to restart (similar to fruit ninja). Otherwise you can connect 2 dots down the middle and get infinite points. But it was fun.
Thanks for the feedback. I was originally going for the "get three crosses and you die" idea but unfortunately I was running out of time. I'll take this into consideration!
Very interesting concept and i like the clean art.
But the fast spinning of the wheel made me really dizzy,
If I could make a suggestion: maybe start with a slower spinning speed. That allows the player to learn the mechanics and the speed could increase slowly with every successful hit.
Last but not least: I agree to the other commenter, that would be a nice mobile game.
Thanks for the feedback. Would you find it better if there were different difficulty settings (eg. easy, medium, hard) where the wheel starts off slower?
Cool concept I really like the colors and abstract look. One suggestion I have, 1. It can be very confusing to know which of the dots would be removed when I placed a new. I think making that more clear would help a lot, one way of doing this could be if each dot was a different color (IE pink = removed first, red = not removed and instead forms new line) then it would be a bit more user friendly, but besides that nice job.
Thanks, that's a good idea.
Cool game concept, liked the power ups like reverse and time
Confusing scores and hard to play and overlapping objects
May be try levels / placement of items
Thanks for the feedback. Could you please elaborate on what makes the scores confusing so I could work on it once the jam finishes?
near by objects or overlapping objects dont able to know what is been score
Ah, ok. Got it, thank you.
Super interesting idea. Brutally hard. Congratulation on it!
Thanks for the feedback.
Very fun concept! As said before, score doesent fit currently.
A visualization which point gets connected to which would'd be helpful.
Thanks for the feedback. Others have mentioned it being hard to realise what dot was joined last so I will work on that.
This game has great potential to be a time waster mobile game, but i think in it's current state it is too easy. Since more dots spawn than crosses over time there is a net gain in points.
Thank you for the feedback.
