Cool idea with the theme! As the game goes on it gets a lot more challenging and fun :D

Nice little game. It was a bit difficult at first to control both characters at the same time, but after a while I got the hang of it. Could you maybe add the fullscreen feature to your game page? My display is a bit small and I couldn't play it right.

Anyway good job! I enjoyed playing the game very much.

Playing this alone is a bit tricky but quite interesting! I liked the simplicity of the idea but the difficulty of execution it brought.

I wonder if you could have some power ups that help with that a bit – like a shield that protects you from a certain amount of hits, magnets that attract blue orbs and reject red ones, etc.

I don't know if there's any in already because I can't get past round 1 sadly. I mean, I did, but as soon as round two started the rest of the blue bar went out!

Nice catchy tune, I liked the two robots (I hope thet get their freedom) and the graphics were quite simple but conveyed everything very well.

Well done!

Nice game! Controlling two characters at once it's always hard but for some reason here it's not that bad. Congrats!

Nice game! I just wish I had someone to play with haha but it's no problem playing this alone. I enjoyed!

Hey nice game! Love the art, and music!

Great job! I love the pun name and the music! The gameplay is fun and fluid! Nice interpretation of the theme and a great play on a popular game mechanic! Wonderful work!

Cool game ! The concept was really nice and the game itself is polished =) ! The music is cool and I must admit that the boss music, even with its asiatic vibes (that were a bit out of place for a game about robots ?), was a banger for me.

The levels were either too long or lacked a timer to tell the player how much time was remaining. I almost quit near the end of the first level because I thought it was just an endless single-level.

Good job =) !

Developer

We plan to change the level length and add a timer as soon as uploads are turned back on lol Glad you stuck with it!

We didn’t have time to make another boss song so I just threw one in there I’d made a few months ago, I’ve since made a new one that we’ll put in the final build, but if you’d like a link to the current song on my Google Drive, just hit me up.

Thanks again for playing and for the feedback, we really appreciate it!

This is a deceptively simple game. The dual controls, and the various different rounds are both really fun. The one comment I would make is that I think the first round lasts a little too long. The rounds after it are where things start getting fun, the first round lasts a long while, and is not nearly as interesting. Other than that, it was pretty good!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it!

We definitely agree on the long first level and we plan on changing it in the final build. Thanks for the input!

Fun take on the theme! Shared health is a great complement to a split-attention game, and I particularly liked the asymmetric round (one side dodging a bullet-hell while the other's on healing duty).

It seems like playing either half of this game wouldn't be all that interesting, but playing both together instantly makes it challenging and fun. Excellent music, too.

nice work! real challenging too and is probably a great exercise for the brain.

Really cool game! Really hard game!  Impressive for a three-man team!

Ps: thanks for checking out our game Don't Leave Me Hanging!

Really fun and challenging to keep your focus split across the two characters. The sprites were cute and the music was bangin. Good job!

We really enjoy the challenge of trying to focus on two characters at once. Fun difficulty and a catchy tune in the background. Nice game!

Was fun, the two controls at once was quite challenging!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, we kinda realized that we made it pretty unforgiving. I think the plan is to update it after the jam to give people at least a better chance during the turret phase. Thanks for playing!

good job. Really nice to play with two people!

Fun little game! Even singleplayer, it was great to play through. I had a lot of fun trying to balance between the two bots. My only critique would be that sometimes the levels felt a bit too long. Overall great game :)

Developer(+1)

It's actually supposed to be single player. AMB1 and D3X-TR, "ambidextrous". And yeah, the team decided shortly after submitting that the rounds were a little too long.. I appreciate the feedback

This is a good game to play with a friend, but even on your own it is fun to try and keep track of both sides and stay alive!
