I really love the aesthetic of this, reminds me of old Amiga games! I like the concept a lot too - I think you managed to create some interesting puzzles with only the ability to move right. Was sad that it ended so soon!

Fun game. I enjoyed playing it. I like that you have to think fast as you move and that you unlock new thinks permanently. Great job :)

This was super fun to play! I just wish their was more because it was really interesting. Amazing Game :D.

Really had a fun time while playing hahah xD Also I had to use my brain a lot. Nice level design too! Congrats

This was really fun to play! I'd love to play a whole game made out of this.

this was such an awesome game seriously, the art work is fantastic, and I like the fact that when you mess up, you start all over, that makes the player memorize the rooms and do things faster. The only thing is that once I got stuck in the corner while i was on top of a speeding tile, not sure if that was a bug or not. And I'm not sure if i like the sound of the machines on the background, i wish there was a music. Overall great job boys!!

Really interesting game! It would have been better if a distinction had been made between player-operated robots and NPC robots in terms of art resources! Anyway, a good game and I love it!

Developer

Thanks for playing and feedback! We had to focus more on making levels, so reusing art assets was easier and quicker. I personally also like the idea that all robots are the same model hardware-wise; the NPC robots just aren’t lucky enough to have installed sentience, and are thus stuck in pre-programmed loops forever.

Love the art and the concept, gameplay is a pain however especially the fact you have to restart from the beginning everytime you mess up

Developer

Thanks for playing and feedback! I kinda liked the idea of pushing the player to master doing all the rooms in one go (and personally I think speedrunning through near rooms when travelling to retry later rooms feels nice), but will keep it in mind!

Got stuck in a wall and when trying to move just used up all the fuel. :(
Very nice art, great idea and neat execution! Kudos!

Developer

Thanks for trying it out! We probably should have communicated the importance of pressing “R” to reboot better

This is awesome! I love the idea and it feels excellent to play,  particularly the sound effect helped create a really eerie atmosphere. I wish their were save points though, its really easy to get stuck early on.

Developer

Sound designer here, thanks for the compliment! We decided against too frequent checkpoints since for this jam build, the goals were close and runs are short enough that rebooting doesn’t lose much progress. Thank you for playing!

Will come back to get further, but loved what I played.  My only gripe is it's easy to get stuck at the start with no option but to refresh or spam right.  Having a restart key would be nice given the loop of the game.  Beautiful art, great execution.

Developer(+1)

The restart key is r! Before you get other controls/modules, your only option is to go right, yeah – think about the timing ;)

Submitted(+1)

Ah, I thought I tried r, but perhaps not.  Yes, I see that the key is to get the timing right, thanks for the hint :D

wow this is so so cool! absolutly stunning execution!

This was a really neat, fun little concept. It's really cool to have directions you can move be metroidvania items you keep each playthrough. I want to go on a tangent and give advice, but I don't have any. The only criticism I can give is, curse you, I want more content to play! You should be proud of what you made, I love it :)
