Loved it, would like to see how you continue the story, and very eager to meet Leo :)

Love the art style and the music is perfect. A great start to an awesome looking game, hope you keep working on it

It has a lot of potential! Hope to hear more about it soon. Wanna know what is this Leo, hahah!

Developer

Thanks for playing my game! After the voting ends I will be updating the game! The first "major" update will include the first memory box, in which the player will meet Leo!

This has a promising start, keep the good work!

Developer

Thank you very much for playing my game and for the comment! Will be updating the game after the end of voting!

Nice potential! Just a tip, it might better to make the ui larger as it's kinda small at the moment

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing the game and for the feedback! My artistic / UI skills aren't the best, hehe! That should be an easy fix!

You're off to a good start. I do think the ending is a bit too abrupt, but I imagine that had more to do the time constraints than anything else. Keep up the good work I'd be interested to see where it goes.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game and for the comment! Yea, unfortunately I joined 3 days before submissions, so I didn't have a lot of time to flesh out the first memory box. Will update after the voting ends, with some bug fixes, qol and the first memory box!

It looks interesting and has a promising story, I’d love to see how it ends :) You could keep working on it and release updated versions even after the jam is over. Great work! Btw, the sounds effect are very loud, you should look to fix that

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing my game! I am already working on it and have some updates, which I will post after the voting period ends.

I will check the sound effects and fix it asap! Thanks for the feedback.

Tried the game, and it has a very nice and nostalgic feel to it. Easily worked my way to the door with the rocks riddle, but then in the house I've stumbled with a code. I suggest that it's one of the dates, but I didn't find a place to put it! Did I need to explore more, or the rest is under development? Anyway, it's a great start and I wish you good luck with this game!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing my game and thanks for the reply! You are right that you need to find an item to put one of the dates in. It is a box, but I didn't really made it stand out much. I need to work on my assets more... maybe highlight the ones you can interact with or something. Will work on it 100%! Thanks again

Great start to your game. I think the art assets and music feature nicely for what you are going for here. I was able to get the clue from the door, so I think it makes sense as it is. I think continuing to space apart the clues with the items that need them will help make the discovery/search part of the game feel more exploratory too!

Developer

Thanks for playing and thanks for the reply!

That is a great point, spacing out clues + puzzle item more, so that player can explore more of the space. Thanks again!

Nicely developed game liked the puzzle aspect. One thing id say is the rocks I'm not sure how i was supposed to figure it out because i just ended up just trying every combination.

not necessarily feedback about the game but as of right now the project doesn't have a cover page maybe adding one will have more people click and play.

Developer

Thanks for playing! If you interacted with the door, it will give you a mnemonic phrase that the dad used, to remember the order of the rocks. Maybe it wasn't really clear. Will revisit it for sure!

Thanks for the feedback and for playing! I will work on the cover page now. Was in a bit of a rush to finish the introduction!

I like the bones of it so far. Interested to see where you take it in the future :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for playing! Just finished fixing the 2nd puzzle (it wasn't working for any number unfortunately). Did you submit in the jam?!

Submitted(+1)

Yup, I think submitted games are attached to each comment

Developer(+1)

Yea, just saw that! heh... Sorry, that's my first jam and generally the first time I am uploading. Cheers!
