Nice work, my game is also a spin on a mini gold game! The concept of combining golf with a wartime setting is creative and adds a unique twist. The golf mechanics felt solid, and the ambient sounds contributed to the tension. The game was quite short, and I was left wanting more levels (very similar with my game there due to time). The tanks as obstacles were a nice touch. Overall, a promising start with room for expansion with more levels and obstacles! well done
Quite an interesting game with lots of potential. Keep the good work!
This game has massive potential. It was quite short but the mechanics were good. I feel like the atmosphere would feel much better if the visuals were more committed to a theme like war with the tanks or minigolf maybe? But it was great for the time restrictions, and the game played well. Well done!
Don't appreciate the code name: "Big Sissy", otherwise I thought this was pretty cool!
The ambient sound made me very tense, sometimes it wouldn’t let me aim the ball if I was too close to the edge of the ground. But the golf mechanics are there, keep going!
Very short, but game jam games can be that way. I think it's better to be left wanting more than to get bored.
I wasn't sure how the tanks were meant to factor into the game play. At first I assumed I was supposed to destroy them by putting into them, but apparently it's meant to be played entirely like a regular golf game and the tanks are simply obstacles.
Further, it's not entirely clear to me how playing golf saved the day, but I'm glad it did!
I really liked the gold mechanics and the humour in the story.
Thanks! Looking forward to playing your game!
Great job! I really enjoyed playing that, the style and humor was super on point. Would have loved more levels :)
Thank you! 10 days goes fast, I was trying to figure out the input system for lot of that and didn't have total success, but, still fun! I have a vision of creating really cool levels that are full battles.
I really liked the story and humor. Nice game for a first one! Keep it up!
Thank you! I'll definitely check out your game when I can.
Nice little game. Hope you stick with it. Good work.
Appreciate it! Very fun experience and I still have a vision where it will go!
It's definitely a nice game since I would have liked more level!
Continue like that!
Thank you and I will certainly try to get it filled out! Hopefully a raging battle where you turn the tides!
Nice game, it's a little too hard for me but that's probably just a skill issue, overall it's a good game especially for a first!
Thank you! It was fun to get it done in time, even though it's not nearly complete.
Well done on your first game submission.
Thanks! Learning experience: you just run out of time.
This is pretty good! I think the ball mechanic are okay but maybe a heavy ball that would bounce of of things better. Go ahead and check out my game submission for the Jam. It's minigolf on planets, let me know what you think.
Thanks for checking it out! I really hoped to have more time to make levels. But, learning experience...
I'll certainly check out your game, looks awesome!
I just did the youtube tutorial (attempt) drag-a-line style thing and it was hard when I jumped to the new InputSystem. A week later I kinda almost figured it out. Your game is an inspiration!
So pleased to return to my life as a bald eagle. Great work. I shot par!
Thanks for playing my awesome levels! :D We did it!
