This game is so fun, I can see the potential in it!
Thank you very much! It was fun to make.
Really funny game. Bet you guys had a lot of fun with it.
My suggestion would be some sort of feedback on your progress. How many more viruses you need to win?
Thank you very much! Yes, for now there is only a "virus killed" counter and there is no end win on the game. We didn't have enough time to do more complex. The original idea was to make a timer and the virus "could" destroy part of the computer, but we had to shorten it.
Awesome game! Such a unique idea! I'm really bad at it though. My anti-virus got your game mixed up with a virus, kind of like I did with SO MANY FILES!
Thank you! It is not an easy game and we didn't have time to implement all the features we thought. Yes, sometimes the antivirus doesn't like Unreal files (they are .exe). It is really a shame you can't build a browser game with it...
I love how you have to visually identify the virus with zero hand holding! Great mechanic.
I now have a new appreciation for what my anti-virus goes through 😁
It was really fun to make! I hope we can expand it after the jam.
This is one of my top two favorites!
Awsome art style and great game play!!!
Almost all 5-stars
Thank you very much for your comment!
I thought this was so cool! What an interesting concept, executed very well :) Keep making games!
Thank you so much! It was fun and we certain will continue to make games. Thanks!!
Good job on your game! Very creative use of systems to have the different features of faces for recognizing the virus to shoot at. It is quite challenging to track down the correct viruses, it would be kind of neat if there was a hint ('last seen in NE quadrant'). And something to raise the stakes a bit - maybe the virus infects areas and you have to uninfect them by killing the host virus. Great work!
Thank you so much for your comment!
Yes, the original idea was that the virus infected part of the computer, adding a timer to catch it, but we ran out of time. The idea of the quadrants it is a good one, we will be talking about it. Thanks!!
The environment and level design is awesome. A great concept of trying to locate the virus. If you continue working on it and expanding upon it, I'd suggest small mini-games for defending a cyber attack. Like the cyber attack would happen at random. Loved the idea very much.
Thank you so much! The level designer was done by a programmer, and the level designed did the AI. The idea of mini-games is a very good one. We will talk about it when the jam finishes. Thanks!
Liked looking for the right file to destroy, the layout of the area was well done and the mechanic was working pretty well. Nice job on this game!
Thank you very much! We are glad you liked it!!
We stressed a lot, had a lot of laugh and really learned a lot. It was a very good experience and I recommend to teams to do so. It is important to know the work your teammates do so you can appreciate it. Thank you for playing! We are glad you liked it!!
I really like this game, was fun hunting down the virus.
Thank you very much!
Great game! Controls well, smart use of themes and mechanics. I especially like the "memory" aspect of having to remember the face of the virus.
Great work!
Thank you very much! It was fun to make!
Awesome entry!
So when I was a kid in the 1990's, Lazer Tag was all the rage and your game took me back to how fun that was just with the environment and the lighting and the music. It was a really really enjoyable trip down memory lane for me as far as the senses.
Beyond that I found hunting down the viruses really fun and the little faces on the folders kept making me laugh.
Great work!
Thank you very much! We are really glad you liked it!!
I really enjoyed playing your game! Such a cool idea about having the team members switch up their roles that is super creative and ended up with an awesome end result.
I had one question if one from your team would be willing to answer. I noticed that multiple of your team members have your submission "I'm the Firewall" attached to your profiles as you post in comment sections. I have a team member, but we can't figure out how to get our submission to show up for his name as well. How did you achieve that where the same project is attached to all your itch profiles?
Thank you very much!
I didn't do it, but Dregon did. I think he only added us to the game with administrator privileges, but I am not sure. When he returns from work, I will ask him.
Thank you for your comment!
To answer your question, you can go to your Dashboard -> Edit -> More -> Admin, from there you can add your team member. Let me know if it works also for you!
Hey it worked! We are so grateful thank you!
That worked!! Thank you so so much as my brother and I were agonizing over how to do that. I really appreciate you took the time to respond :D
Clever game idea! It's really cool that you switched up your team like that. The results were really impressive.
Thank you very much! It was fun to do so (stressful, but fun)!
Since there is no Linux version for download, playing it myself is somewhat difficult.
Using Wine didn't work so well, too...
I am sorry. We will try to do so, but the last time we couldn't make it work...
Loved the game. I'm really impressed with the results of a switch role jam game submission. You guys did an excellent job. Well done.
Thank you very much! Loved to see the stream!
Fun type of situation.
Thank you very much! It was fun to make!
Good idea! Visuals are really nice
Thanks! We changed roles for this jam and the visuals (assets, game design...) were done by programmers who had not open Blender before. It was fun to change roles!
Cool idea, I liked the style and fighting to keep the system clean! good job
Thank you! We had fun doing it!
