Sadly my PC is too old to run the game smoothly, but what I could play I enjoyed it a lot, I even managed to kill some monsters!!! I like the environment a lot, the music and sound effects are a very good fit. I would suggest more terrifying graphics for this kind of game, the enemies don't look as scary as should for the gameplay, in my opinion at least. Congrats on the good job!!

The atmosphere in this game is excellent, well done! it was a joy to play
The zombies are like if they were gang beasts. The dev says they want to balance the game to make it easier, but I think it SHOULD be difficult. Just give me a dark souls-esque roll mechanic with i-frames, and I would be addicted to this game. I LOVE the UI. It genuinely feels of very high quality, and the sound effects are just so crisp that the game just feels less cohesive without them, seriously. This game is equal parts terrifying and adorable in its aesthetic and runs like a charm. An absolutely beautiful game I'd pay money for -- if I had any, and if the developer added even more levels and weapons or abilities. 10/10, will probably play forever now !
Really nice feel and look to this game. The aesthetics are one of the best I've seen so far this jam. My team used the same zombie assets as well. I really like how you did the attack animations by translating some of the bones. Really good job.

Great job on the look and feel of this game, it is cute and also fun and hectic. I think if you added a dash ability or a special spin attack it would help the player out of tough situations and make the gameplay last a little longer. Nice work on the jam!
Fun to play, upgrade in progress? (add some other weapon, other zombi, ect?)
Thank you for playing it! I wanted to add a progression system were after each death you could go unlocking new weapons, I have the weapon models from Quaternious pack but I didn't find the time to add it, and wanted to add different attacks to the zombies (eg the fast zombie could grab the player and the chubby exploted on death or something like that). Maybe after the JAM ends I might try it!
Love the atmosphere and graphics overall. Controls were simple and intuitive, the only thing that felt whacky is the direction of the bat. Slowmo was a really nice touch.
This is my PB atm! I loved the experience as a whole. The simplicity of the menu and game vibe was great. Love the moody fog/smokey vibe. The game feels really smooth. My favourite moment was getting hit into slowmo, dodging an attack and whacking / killing a guy in slow motion! Action movie vibes haha. My biggest issue is the movement controls, as it feels like its meant for a controller. I spent a lot of time not swinging or facing where I wanted. Honestly, was rough to do what I wanted, particularly at first, Im not sure if that's due to the way the camera and movement work together. I found a strategy though, similar to DBD (360ing) and that worked really well. Great job! Congrats on your successful jam!
hey Audhumbla, thanks a lot for your kind words! I'm happy you enjoyed it :D. The feedback is really good, maybe I'll try to implement something like a twin stick shooter, were the mouse is the place the player looks at, but I really need to do something with that camera as well hahaha, thanks a lot!
Good work! Perhaps a health bar?
The only thing I can "complain" about is that you can't see the player when the buildings are in between.
Even so, a very fine game. Congrats!!
Love the look of this one and it plays pretty well. Controls are a bit sensitive but other then that, great submission
Nice game, I played it on my youtube and you can view it with my feedback while playing here. Good job especially making a game solo in Unreal in a week jam.
