Ooooh interesting way to combine Tetris gameplay with your game. I can definitely see how building up a formidable defense is a challenge. However, when all lines are cleared, it is also very easy to just kill enemies. Overall, a fun game to play!

Really unique idea, I loved this, also felt very polished and good to play! The issue was the game was too easy once everything was cleared, there should be a motive to clear lines and to have something on screen, maybe if everytime they shot and missed something happened behind your back, or idk but still loved this idea!

Very FUN and UNIQUE idea on this game! AWESOME WORK!!! GREAT ART!!! NICE MECHANICS!!! This was a fun challenging game. Loved it.
Pretty nice twist on the classic tetris formula!
However there's a pretty massive issue though, you're not incentivized to clear lines, so you can just stack up blocks on top off a single column & just... wait until you ran out of blocks & just spam drop the blocks again, rinse & repeat (you're pretty much invincible...). Would love to see an incentive so clear lines, maybe let the cleared lines fall down like sand (similar to the "Zone mode" in tetris effect's boss mode).
Other than that glaring issue, I love the twist & the aesthetics of the game so great job on that ✨!
Thanks so much! Yes, you're right 🙈😂! I'm thinking also of making the enemy/projectile spawning a bit more sophisticated so that sections that have more blocks stacked up get a faster rate of projectiles which should help prevent isolated columns building up too far, and also make it easier to build new rows back up once they have been destroyed, as at the moment it can feel a bit of a wasted effort as they get broken up so quickly :)

Fun twist on tetris. Very nice aesthetics and pretty enraging when your line gets destroyed just before dropping a block :D

I really like this twist on the tetris formula! The art and sound really hammers home the idea that you're playing as a blacksmith defending your foundry. The tetris gameplay is also solid, and I like how we can temporarily eliminate some enemies by dropping blocks on them. Excellent work!

Wow, this is very unique. I love art and sounds. I think this could be a very fun mobile game!
I think it would be nice to have harder blocks for example that require few shots to be broken but take the same amount of space. or maybe some way to fill small spaces like pouring hot lava to melt blocks but feel small spaces.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. But up and down keys are not doing anything. I just stand up there forever until I eventually die.
Oh no! If by any chance you are using wasd, I didn’t properly implement those yet so only the a and d keys respond, but the up/down/left/right keys should be working 🤞

It is the best reimagining of tetris I have ever played or seen by FAR. From the very start mechanic is understandable. If you are going to go further with this project you really have to port it to mobile.

Really cool concept. Also very good sound effects. But one thing tho when you want to rotate with clicking up it is not working 2 out of three. I hope it can be fixed because I think you might find a place on higher ranks.
Thank you very much! Yes the rotation needs a bit more work - I think it can get stuck if you are too close to the side or have too many blocks at the top, but a couple of the blocks are also mirrored rather than doing a rotation around a central pivot like proper tetris so can look a bit odd!
This is a very nice concept. A nice twist on a popular genre. The game already looks very polished. And it gets crazy the longer you survive. Which is a nice challenge.
