This game displays a mind-boggling level of visual and musical polish (especially for a game jam game), so amazing job there!  It's positively brimming with atmosphere and cozy autumn vibes, so much so that when I first started playing and thought to myself "Is this entire game literally just going for a walk with no other objective?", my next thought was, "Because if it is, then I would be okay with that, just to take in these beautiful sights and calming atmosphere."  My only constructive comment is that I think a bit less back-tracking might have made for an even more enjoyable experience.  (Walking the trail once was an absolute delight; walking it three times was a little too much.)  But please don't let that one nitpick suggest that I was anything other than blown away by this one; you did an awesome job!  :)

Love the aesthetics. Also FINALLY a game with good voice acting! :D

I couldn't help but a feel a little uneasy... have trust issues with this game, especially when the black bars came up. I can't place exactly why because the game has a very cozy atmosphere and music. Maybe it needs some more wind VFX to make it less uneasy idk.

Interesting game! Also very cute ghost

Very very pretty game, with some lovely audio and bits of details :)
For the life of me I could not find the poor ghosts glasses though! I Swear I searched for a good 10+ minutes, but all I could find was a pile of rocks (which I enjoyed throwing at things)

Super nice job :)

Very beautiful game with a rich atmosphere!

Great graphics and dynamic world. It was pretty expansive too! With how big it was I don't feel we needed a running cooldown. Great job! Worth the download

Great work, I love the level layout and the art. You could really make some great desktop backgrounds with this environment. I also enjoyed the funny plot with the glasses. The only thing I had a hard time with was the run being set on cool down, I think it'd be better unrestricted. Regardless, great work! Keep it up!

That was quite pleasant and cozy. I like how big world you created, wish there were no hidden walls of course ))

Super good game guys. Felt super atmospheric and I love the way everything looks and feels. Looking at some of the other reviews, it seems like even though I finished the game, I didn't get to do everything, which is a bummer, but otherwise it's a very cozy game, which is all one could ask for in this jam! :)

I'm amazed you managed to pull such a beautiful game in such a short amount of time. This was one one of the best games i played so far.

The only few things i would tell is : there is maybe a bit too much walking, and there is just one 's' at "find glasses" ;)

Amazing job !

I really loved the intro sequence!

aesthetically pleasing but the enjoyment got cut short by the fetch quests and the interactable objects. Here is your image of Peter Griffin as promised. Overall a pretty mixed to partially good game.

This is a beautiful game, but sadly it has some pretty bad design problems. I think there are a lot of unintuitive choices here. The biggest problem I had were that I didn't know to light the lanterns. The character doesn't have a lighter or anything to my knowledge, so how was I supposed to know what to do there. I figured it out eventually but it took ages. This could easily have been a optional thing. Just don't put the invisible wall there. Also the key in the house section should have been highlighted more. It's very difficult to find and nearly killed my enjoyment of the atmosphere at the end.

I also ran into a bug where throwing the stones looked my camera at a weird angle and I had to restart.

Aside from these problems this is a great game. You clearly put a lot of effort in the visuals and it shows. I just would recommend doing some (or more, I don't know) playtesting next time to avoid these issues.

i don’t want to be spoilery here, but i am very confused. is there an end to the game? the gameplay is so dim that i can see my reflection in my screen, and even in lighter sections it’s difficult to differentiate elements you can interact with from those you cannot. i feel like it’s over, but having spent two minutes trying to find the perfect distance and angle to E on a door, i’m not convinced there isn’t something else interactable hiding somewhere

ignoring for a moment my own confusion in the game, the controls are a bit odd. using keycodes instead of scancodes means that, for non-qwerty players like me, the movement keys are spread unnaturally across the keyboard. allowing controls to be remapped (or, better, enabling unity’s default controller-support) would have made it much easier to play. why are some interactions E and some with LMB? why not either/both for everything?

it would also be very nice to support windowed-mode. fullscreen is not at all a fun experience

This game gives off nice vibes! But I couldn't really play it because the frame rate dropped really low after I found the ghost. Not sure if it's an issue with my computer or something.
