This might be my favorite game in terms of graphics and development! I absolutely loved that little purple guy as well as his magical scarf as he double jumped. The animations are so inspired and it was so pleasant to find my way up on that upbeat but relaxing backtrack. Even the nighttime felt so relaxing and it didn't change the gameplay that much. Also the death screen was killing me every time haha

I love the pop like a balloon death animation.  Graphics nice, easy to learn but hard to master controls, this is well made.  Good work!

cool game, very interesting, it's a pleasure to play, but at one point I did not know what to do next, it's in the location where you first long fall to a small mill, and then try to advance another mill to the previous mill

Developer

Well the reason you jumped down there is to activate an elevator, so once the first mill is moving permanently, you should go bach to the tower. The trip should be fairly fast, since you opened lots of shortcuts there.

Thank you for playing :D

Really nice, polished and intuitive Jump and Run. But for a game jam there is nothing innovative about it. The artstyle fits the theme but i would have liked to see also some mechanic that has to do with autumn(excepting the windmills).
You know what you are doing game wisely :) Keep on it !

I'm really impressed! This feels very polished for a short time frame.

I love the movement mechanics

I am really happy with this game. The best one I've tried so far in the Jam. Congratulations, the mechanics are simple but really satisfying to master, the level design was really great and had a lot of fun playing along. 10/10

Loved this! Congrats on making a fun-to-play platformer character in such a short time. I also enjoyed the extra love put into the animations such as the spin on the double-jump. Nice exploration of mechanics too! That last bit was a beast.

really nice vibe! I love that you designed a detailed story for it.

Uh oh. This might be best in show...

Love the artwork - everything from the character animations to the particle systems, parallax background, random leaves on the ground, windmill rotation, etc. is very well done. Music was great as well. Well done!

Great game eventhough is a bit hard for me but is fun :)

Wow, this felt super polished! The art and music are so nice, and the movement physics feels good! After I started getting the hang of the movement, the platforming elements were very smooth and intuitive. I'm really impressed by how you used the windmill mechanic for the puzzles!

Super lovely entry! There wasn't a single point in this game where I was bored and just playing it so i can finish and rate, I enjoyed it the whole way through 100%. There were also a lot of moments that made me go "woah!! thats  so cool" like when you had to move the platform down to power the windmill, or the floating spike section (I was really hoping there was going to be a longer floating section!)

My ONLY nitpick is the death animation, which feels a BIT too long and BIT too jarring, it really throws off the momentum of the game,  but thats just part of the jam experience!

This gave a ton of Celeste vibes, and even some Ori and the blind forest with the gliding and mood. This is definitely something  that feels like a successful prototype, and would be spectacular as a full platformer game. Fantastic entry,

Thank you for the nice comment.

If I remember I will absolutely shorten the death animation a bit, no problem.

I'm glad you enjoyed your time with it.

Really great game. At some point I sadly got lost and didn't know where to know :( But the jumping mechanics and gliding combine really well and are rewarding.

Really cool game. Great music, art, and gameplay. Everything felt very cozy. The day night cycle was a nice little touch as well. Fantastic job.

I found 4 of the wind things.

Very cool game. It reminds me a bit of Celeste, which i really like.

I found this to be quite enjoyable, actually. In the first minute I had the impression that it was just like any other pixel jump and run, but it definitely picked up innovation in gameplay as time went on, especially the wind mechanics were a nice twist (my game actually has a wind related mechanic as well :D) :)
