Really cool concept, you just need a little bit more polishing, more guidance and better controls, but all in all good job!

In what way does your game fit the theme?
You play as multiple characters that each one has a strength but they can also attach to each other to combine those strengths and be stronger together!
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, all assets were made from scratch for the jam except the font.

Thanks for playing our game! Really glad you liked the atmosphere! We are aware of the fact that the guidance isn't clear enough and the controls are kinda complicated, we will change a lot on the post-jam update. At the level you stuck, you were supposed to climb up the mountain with the middle part and head (jump and then up). There are three more levels to end the game. Again, thank you for your feedback we really appreciate it!
I've rated over 70 games across two game jams and this is the best one i've seen. Incredible. The theme usage was perfect, the visuals and audio are brilliant, the puzzle solving is just right. I got stuck during the tutorial as when I pressed tab I thought that just allowed me to see where the other parts were, and it took me a while to realise that actually gave me control of them. Other than that though the whole experience was flawless and it's definitely my pick of the jam. Well done to all of you involved. I hope your final placement reflects the quality of the game and the work you've all put in :)
Stunning visuals, and a pun in the name. What is there not to like?
The game is really cool, get it...
The art is good and the gameplay is great!
i really like this art style and this game mechanic with collecting your budides!
This game is very polished and I'm surprised that this was made in a week. The music fits in so well with the graphics. There is a bug that kills the player when you try to attach from to the other parts which can be annoying at times but it's still playable. I love the scenery in the game and the atmosphere. The music is really nice to listen to as well. Keep up the good work!
This is awesome! There's too many good things in it! And too bad there's no voting category for the game title! :D
Please rate mine if you have time:
This is really cool! Scenery, music and animations work really great together, only some minor critiques: Not seeing where the lasers will hit is pretty annoying, but can be easily solved by adding some dark spot there. Also the escape menu didn't work for me; I couldn't select anything (with mouse / arrows or tab/enter). Climbing was kind of poorly introduced since you had to jump, then let go off space and press W to reach the ladder. Maybe put the ladder on a step a bit further back. Other than that I really liked this game!
This is really impressive! The only thing I can think of that would be a nice adjustment would be to merge your tutorials. You have really nice ingame tutorial with hints and everything, but you have missed few parts to mention and it took me a while to figure that out (I went to the description on itch and sudenly all was clear - so technically my bad). But still, since you have it ingame already, why not to include everything. But this is hardly a complaint. The art and idea is just great and I really liked it! Great job!
Cool game! It was kind of difficult to figure out how to ball up energy, it ended up me being not holding the key long enough. The graphics were awesome, and the music and sound effects matched it very nicely to make a cohesive wintery atmosphere. Nice job!
haha! great game! the graphics are the best! Haha! greart way yto interpret the jam theme! If this was made by only one person, IM SPEECHLESS. NO LITERALLY. Keep up the great work! Oh yeah, thanks for playing and supporting my game!
Really cool concept! I would have preferred the controls to be easier to access from the wasd hand position, maybe “E” for joining together and “Q” for splitting would have been better, at least for me. Also I couldn’t join unless I had control over the chest section, I guess this is intended but I would be better that you can join regardless of the section you are controlling. Other than that, this game is really cool and it’s the first that I’ve seen in this jam that used Godot
Thank you very much for your feedback and control suggestions they certainly need some tweaking. In the postjam version we will allow joining with every part, it made sense as a concept in development to only join when you are controlling the middle/chest part, but it's much more usable to be able to join with everyone.
ahh I keep hitting random bugs :( why do I sometimes die when I try to assemble my character? also sometimes the assembling doesn't work at all for me and I had to restart the game :(
Also i feel super dumb now because I can't get past the first checkpoint, what am I supposed to do there hahah
The game itself looks pretty good though and the music is nice
Thanks for the feedback! You can see the video here if you want the solution of the first puzzle:
Very polished game in a lot of ways. Audio, art and puzzle design are all very well done.
But I kept having a weird bug where the game would often reset to the last checkpoint when I tried to put myself together. Ultimately that was too frustrating, and I gave up. But this is a jam game, those things can happen.
Really great game overall. The snowman thematic fits so well with the theme of the jam.
(As a side note, I think I solved one of the puzzles in an unintended way. The closed door at the beginning where you have to climb up. I managed to get through the door with all 3 parts, went up the elevator afterwards and then stepped on a button that made another climbable wall appear that I didn't need at this point because I had all parts on the other side already. So I guess this puzzle was designed in a way that you are supposed to only get across to the other side with the head and the bottom first and later also get the middle part. Otherwise I am missing the point of that button. So if this really was unintended, here is how I did it: climb up with the head and middle part. Get the head through the tiny space and let it open the door. The bottom gets on the button, the head back out the door. Now you just climb back up with the head, let it press the button, go down and through the door with the arms and then follow with the head through the tiny space.)
Wow! Thanks for the detailed feedback, we 're really glad that you dig our game! We discovered this bug that you mentioned pretty late and we still trying to figure this out. It's kinda weird because it doesn't happen constantly. There's an update that will come after the votings so we will try to fix all the issues. The cave level can be solved in two ways, so you found both of them. Maybe we will keep it kinda linear, since we found out that the second - backtracking - way is a little bit distracting. Again, thank you very much for playing the game and for your great feedback!
The audio fit's so well with the graphics and it really complements the feel of the game
Wow! I think that it is nearly the best game I've seen in the whole gamejam! Animations, transitions, music are so cool! I loved the interesting idea and mechanics as well! Made it to the end and I don't have any regrets concerning the time spent in the game!
Great game! Well done!!! All 5's! <3
