In what way does your game fit the theme?
Each machine part can only do something primitive, but together they can achieve much more advanced movement.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code & art were produced by me, excluding the font and the music as well as sound effects.

This game blows my mind and I actually stuck at most of the levels but I finally managed to clear the game lol.

The levels are well-designed and fun. It requires the player of both puzzle-solving skills and controlling skills which is very challenging.

I would suggest adding unique functionalities to the body parts (like the foot can help jump higher) to make them less useless lol.

I don't know if these are known bugs: (To avoid spoiler, I will just draw it out)

  • A machine part may fall very quickly and penetrate the ground (causing it to disappear) when another machine part under it moves away.

  • A chunk of machine parts just can't pass through some narrow space. Resetting the level may solve the issue.

Overall, very well done! Hope there will be a release version in the future!

It did have a lot of clever puzzles! I enjoy all the challenges along the way.
The graphic and the music are on point, the levels are well-designed.

Though I think this game is not friendly as it is a little bit too hard and have a lot of unreversed situation that would make you feel stressful. It is a bit too "action-game" than "puzzle game" lol.

I love the game a lot and I think you did a really great job on the level design. It is really challenging and interesting. I like it a lot. If you have some time please check out our game :)

EXODIA! Awesome game design! My favorite puzzle game in this Jam!

The music is short but smooth. Didn't feel repetitive. It suits the vibe so well.

The graphic is simple and also looks good.

So happy that I can play your game amount almost 2k entries!

please also check out our game if you have time XD

Awesome game! It was very interesting to play - I liked the puzzle. Also, the minimalistic graphics is very aesthitic. I think it's one of the best games I played in this Jam

Love it. Very creative way of applying the theme.

Love the simple art and music, they fit the environment very well.

Really great puzzle game that I can see turning into a real game some day. Keep at it.

One interesting thing I found is that if you press both directions, while the two arrows are both attached, the left arrows always win. In my mind I thought they would cancel each other out if I press both of them at the same time.

Very very well done!

Super cool mechanic.

I did encounters some minor bugs which were mention before, but that's ok.

Really challenged my brain here :d

anybody knows how to do the eye one

I like this game the idea is very unique. The control is quite hard though especially the jump. even when I know how to solve the level, do it at the correct time is too hard for me. I get stuck on a level with several jumping, and I'm really bad at platformer games because I'm a bad "jumper". I saw there are a bunch of levels after that, Looking forward to seeing the control get better, art get better and this turns into a full game! I really enjoy this!

This was a really cool game with a lot of clever puzzles! The minimalist style fit really well too. I think that the difficulty curve could have been smoothed out a bit more, but it never felt frustrating enough that I wanted to quit and it was still very rewarding to solve each puzzle, so overall, good job!

Amazing game! The minimalist art was pleasing and the gameplay idea was genius! I love it when a game can incorporate the theme of stronger together and not have it feel forces, for this game it is truly the central mechanic, and an incredible new and unique one at that!

Also, found a bug

That sound effect is so satisfied.

I mean I have played games with similar ideas but your mechanism is really the best of them.

The art work is simple but really nice looking, really cool game.

The ideal is amazing, the art also fits the game very well, the only thing that may be improved is the control. many levels I know what to do but still kept trying to avoid the wrong connection. So happy to see this after 1 hour of trying. but overall really a good puzzle!

I feel quite bad that I haven't been able to engage with the jam post-submission due to the workload I currently have, but I wanted to take the time to quickly respond to you as I am actually very impressed. None of the levels after the introduction of the key/lock mechanic were playtested, or balanced to ensure that each built on the last (due to there simply not being enough time), and I was almost 100% sure no human would have the patience to pass the level before the final one. In any case, you have my congratulations! And my gratitude as well for the feedback.
