In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player has to control different characters with unique abilities to solve the puzzle together,
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Assets were not made by my, they are all credited on the itch.io game page.
Code was 90% written by me except the character controller.

Pity I cannot play it. My Win machine broke and it does nog work on my Mac.
Yeah I did not include a Mac version. Rookie mistake. No worries though, thx for trying.
Nice idea and great coding! Little bit hard to understand at the begining what you need to do... :)
All the best the Wilma and Buddy Team
Thank you for trying it out.
I liked the idea of using characters with different characteristics. And I also really like the graphics.
Thank you for the kind words
I hoped for a few more levels but it was fun regardless.
There were a few collision and input bugs (such as getting stuck on nothing or moving on its own when I'm controlling the character) but nothing that was too much.
It is a bit confusing at first and you get lost switching characters. I feel like on the last levels the sword man is not needed for anything because even if one of the characters die you can keep on going, so you just need to turn the enemy to the other side.
Regardless, congrats on the game! Left my rating!
Glad you enjoyed it, I will keep your feedback in mind for my next game.
Fun puzzle game, the controls for the characters were a bit confusing at first but after I got 3 character it wasn't a problem anymore. The puzzles were not too complex but fun to do and solve, one thing I noticed though is that after you get the fireball guy there is really not much use for the sword guy anymore he is just in the back not able to do much or anything at all in later levels. Overall I really enjoyed it and it was fun, great job.
Yeah I guess when I planned the levels, my idea was to that you don't always need all of them to solve the puzzle but I can see that this can get confusing. Thanks for checking it out.
Nice :D
You definitly used assets in the right way. I liked it, sometimes i feel like some polishing would be needed to make it even more perfect and so that the player dont get lost. (happend to me - i didnt saw the character list in the upper right corner and some times i was a bit confused on if i used the ability or not, small sfx or vfx for that would be amazing.
Yeah finding time for polish at the end of the jam is always hard, thank you for the feedback though.
Thank you for trying it out.
Great game concept!
Like many other games in a jam, it needs just a bit more polishing up. I was able to brute force my way through a few levels and stumble into important game mechanics by chance.
The overall idea is great, splitting one typical character across multiple simplified ones. Very well done!
Thank you appreciate the kind words.
Pretty interesting concept and control system. I did find myself restarting at times as the characters would sometimes get stuck. Though other than that I did like the challenge each level presented and I was able to fully play through. Do wish it was longer, but I know the time constraints with a game jam - so good entry overall!
If you have a chance please check out and rate my team's entry "Beatdown Breakdown Boomtastic": https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928162 It's a rhythm-based brawler!
Glad you enjoyed it, I will check out your game soon.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
The music, graphics, concept and overall vibe of the game are great. I like how the characters look the same, it gives me the impression that their bodies are separated from the same brain cell. I think assigning the characters to numbers would probably make it less confusing instead of one-button switching because it takes me a while to get the right one. I wish the music didn't restart every scene since it kind of ruins the "zone" I'm in and the game could use some sfx to make it more alive and a death or victory sequence to make it more rewarding. But that's about it. Great job!
Thank you for the detailed feedback.
I thought about a couple of different systems and the numbers were one of them. Prop would have been better. I also though about choosing your character with the mouse, this might have also been the nicest way to do it.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Incredible game! I loved concept, music, graphics. The whole thing! i know assets are not yours but you have used them in a wonderful way. Great game!
Thank you for the kind comment
I really like the feel of the game. It fits the theme perfectly. really nice art as well. (good luck reaching 20 ratings!)
Thank you for the feedback and the rate. 1 more rate to go :)
Very nice game. I like the direction you done for the theme. Very fun and interesting concept and it has a lot of potential. The music is very well done. Very fun and polished game. Keep up the good work :D
Thank you so much for trying it out and the feedback
Cool art, the gameplay is good and the music is good, well done!
Thank you for trying it out
Your welcome, can you play my game?
Sure I will check it out soon.
Thanks!
The concept of the game is really nice.
I also had the problem with characters being stuck.
Couldn't solve the puzzle with the two switches on the left side of the screen.
But still had some fun playing the game.
Good job
Oh I am sorry to hear that, yeah that issue can become annoying, thank you for the feedback.
One of the better games I've played so far, and I've played quite a few jam games in this at this point. The idea is absolutely wonderful, making full use of each of the unique abilities to make for some decent puzzle elements. My main issues were that there was a strange bug where the characters would get stuck on seemingly nothing, so I had to restart the level at a couple of occasions, and I'm also not sure how much I like the fact that the sword and jump character won't stop using their ability when not selected, as it just clutters things further, and made pressing the switch in the final level quite annoying to pull off. That said, I liked this a lot and am glad I took the time to play it, you really nailed the theme :)
If you have the time I'd really appreciate if you checked out my game as well.
Thank you for the kind words.
Interesting I had someone that loved the mechanic of the other non controlled characters continue to do their ability while not being used, maybe if the space of the level is not so small it could have made it less cluttered. I was trying to make this mechanic as one of the design elements in solving a puzzle. I was also planning to incorporate it more in future levels. I appreciate the feedback though, nice to know that there is different opinions about that mechanic.
I will defiantly check out your game.
Yeah fair, as said, it was specifically the sword and jumping characters that it felt a bit odd, though I guess with the jumping it would add an additional layer of puzzle solving to it all.
Nice concept! Took me a while to understand that the knights are not equal and each one has a single special ability, and that even jumping is considered special. Agree with others on the bug when the knights get stuck, but that’s ok given the time constraints of the jam. I believe that the concept can be turned into a really interesting game, given sufficient time. Good job!
Thank you for the feedback.
This is a really cool idea, but I encountered a few problems. Sometimes the character got stuck on seemingly nothing and I couldn't move. I also wasn't sure if I was supposed to be attacking through the other team members and still hitting the enemy. This is one of my favorite applications of the theme. I think if those issues are fixed, it'll be great.
Thank you for the kind comments. Glad you enjoyed it.
Yes I did have a strange bug where characters get stuck on platforms but did not have enough time to fix it before the end.

Thank you for the kind words, yeah I do agree some things need polishing in the game
