In what way does your game fit the theme?
Having "Stronger together" as theme my game is a platformer that focuses on merging with all parts of an almighty being to become the strongest one once again
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I did all of my assets, music, sound effects, graphics, animations and coding from scratch. I did reuse some components of my latest jam, like pause menu or UI components

Nice concept. The game is quite challenging and fun. Also love the little background story.
Good work.
Good job! I really enjoyed the game except the burp sound when you get hurt. I made me want to never touch spikes again lol. But in general, the game is really good and the graphics are beautiful. You made a great game =) Ho and I'm happy to be the 20's person to rate the game.
Muahaha! Take on the world!
Nice game and very interesting mechanics and level design. Much harder than it looks at first.
Great work! Congratulations!
You made it! I am so glad you've liked it and made it 😊 It makes me happy to see that screen here
Awesome main game mechanic, I really liked that you always need to keep an eye out for both characters at the same time, that gives the game a lot of depth. Also a pretty cool aesthetic and nice story at the beginning!
Very interesting concept combining with yourself to gain more abilities and have the controls affect both parts of you. Nice catchy music and good overall finish!
The audio was a banger and I truly enjoyed the puzzle mechanic. The story at the start also complimented the gameplay well with the art in the cutscenes especially looking real cool!
Thanks so much! I am really glad you've liked it!
good game , i like how it looks and the story it has , it was a bit confusing but still a good game
Very cool game I really enjoyed the levels.
I also really liked that you included story in your game, few games have it.
Music was awesome, I loved it.
I have played a few games in the jam with similar mechanics where you control both characters at the same time with the same controls. The only difference I have seen in their games is that they did not reverse the movement for one of the characters which made it less confusing to control. But from what I can tell this seems to be part of your level design so it just takes a little bit longer to get used to.
Overall great game design.
Hey there,
At first I was worried because I might not be able to play your game because the resolution were big, good thing the main game was at the center so I was able to see it still.
Really loved the gameplay here, kudos to the animation of the character really smooth here.
Cheers!!!
I am glad you could play it, because it is only myself with my full time work it was so much less than a week for me, so i exported it only my display resolution because of time. I am sorry about that.
I am really glad you've liked it! Thanks for your feedback.
Really enjoyed this! Very well designed and very impressed that you did mostly everything yourself. The cutscenes were really cool and I liked all the different mechanics. Really liked that extra camera that pops up when one of your characters goes off screen. I can tell a lot of work was put into this.
If there's one gripe I would mention it's that I didn't love the movement. I slid off a lot of platforms which was a little frustrating. Some of the jumps required really precise and quick jump inputs. But I was able to figure all that out in the end so not a huge deal.
Anyways, really good job! Would really appreciate a rating on our game as well if you have the time :-)
Thanks so much for your feedback! I did do all by myself jeje it is Just that menus were reused from the previous jam were i did all by myself too. I am glad you liked all those details and i will try to improve the players friction on the near future.
I Will check out your game later today. Thanks for checking out mine.
Great touch with the splash screen, you even had time to make an intro at that! I really loved the pixel art here, and great use of the theme! And the picture and picture camera was dope and unexpected!! Only feedback is the intro should have a skip button so it's optional, and I would also map Jump to space bar since w,a,s,d is mapped to movement as well as arrow keys. Other wise great work!
it was a really great game I liked the audio and design the most.
Thanks so much! I am so glad you liked it!
You did a great job! Interesting gameplay, nice music and art.
When they separate, it's little bit confusing when the right one showed in the left corner.
Thanks so much for your feedback! i Appreciate it! And yes jeje i did that on purpose with the conception of adding a bit of difficulty with coordination and stuff.
This is pretty solid! Good gameplay, mechanics, animations and you make all of it too. This is like testing your brain coordination. Is that right? Anyway very impressive, good work!
Thanks so much! Yes all by myself it was quite challenging getting all done in time. I am glad you liked it!
The game had a very cool concept that opens itself to levels of new designs for each power. However, the character felt very slippery. I would be standing on a platform edge and he would slide off. This was either due to physics or the speed of the character. The camera also slightly annoyed me as it didn't pan to where I was going. Finally, a slight bug was I completed one level while on spikes with both characters which probably shouldn't be the case. Even with all of these criticisms, this game could really become something nice with some more polishing. Oh, and the art is amazing, especially at the start!
Thanks for your feedback altougth winning on top of spikes it has nothing wrong. Is still wining and being a game of puzzle plattaform, that is one of many ways of winning, think of it as a kamikaze win (I tested out with friends to see if they decided to win with this kamikaze strategy), it was intended, as well as many other "shortcuts" or tricks that are be very interesting. The camera movement was also intended not to be centered, so it could have some extra difficulty having in mind that it is a game with no score and no lives, so the player could repeat if necesary to understand each map of the game. Finally the edge thing was also intended so you could challenge your understanding that the same movement is applied for both characters at the same time. I wanted to make a challenging game Like old school plataformers.
Thanks for your feedback.
Very interesting game with good ideas. I really liked the graphics. Keep it up!
Thanks so much for your feedback :D
I am glad you've liked it!
Very cool looking I love the graphics!
Please try out my game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928675
Thanks so much!
Overall very much enjoyed this game. Follows the theme very well, enjoyed the music and some very clever, thoughtful and innovative gameplay.
I struggled a fair bit in the game! Could the camera pan slightly to reveal areas that you can go? I appreciate this may have been intentional however I found myself completing levels by pure accident.
Would love your feedback on our game as we are very new to this and it is our first game and game jam.
Thanks so much for your feed back. I apreaciate it and yes it was intetional the camera placments. I thougth since it does not have lives or score it should have this kind of extra difficulty in order to try until you get it done. Also i was trying to add an interesting mechanic in some levels with the camera movements. I didn'tquite got time to make more than those 12 to imlement this camera challenge levels but i will intend to in the future.
