Good game! I liked the graphics, but I would recommend adding better animations and a better lighting system. Congratulations and good job!

I have to be honest with this feedback i give you. There wasnt much i liked about this game. Some of the music and the sounds were nice, but i think thats about it. First of all the Controls are really bad. Its like you stuffed a first person controller in to your game and make it rotate around your player. Moreover you can just move, left or right with your character still facing the direction you look in, this is really weird. The jump also istn that snappy. The Cutscene at the beginning could have been cool, but i was a bit confused what it should tell me. When i started playing i just randomly ran around to collect some coins. Than i jumped in to the Water and died. I wanted to quit because i didnt knew what to do more in your game, until i saw your objectives. Then i tried again but there is not much guidance you give the player on how he has to do stuff. I think you can improve this game a lot. I'm still glad you joined the Jam so you could gain some experience in game development. So take some of my tips to consideration next time jamming. Still good luck with your game.
I really enjoyed it! It's basically an adventure game. It would be better if there was some clearer indication that you finished the whole thing, you just complete the three missions and that's it: you should have a bigger "You win" with more bells and whistles!
Also, you can simply click on all villagers to save them, even if you don't know who is going to die. You should either be penalized for clicking the wrong villagers or you should need to be close to the villagers during the moment of their death to be able to save them. Also: the rewind sound becomes a bit annoying after some time.
But these are minor gripes. I really enjoyed the game overall. Good job!
great use of the rewind mechanic, would have liked to see more uses of it. the models and animations reminds me a lot of roblox and thats great, its amazing how people take inspiration from other games, music suddenly stoped playing but it was ok, and i liked the first cutscene . Things to consider: To explain the game in itself, it would have been more fun to play without having to read the description, the gameplay was kinda slow because i had to wait and do nothing while rewinding, the collectables are ok because they invite you to explore the whole level and how times changes it, game could improve in some aspect, but defenitively a great job! :-)
Interesting idea and story with a good use of the rewind/ forward mechanic, though I was a bit lost as to what i was supposed to do.
Nice implementation of rewind mechanic, altrough game is pretty short and you only really need to use it once. I think that controls are a bit off, eg jump is too high, but overall, nice game.
Like the game idea, and innovative as well. Execution was not the best, though. The graphics were not too good, and it's hard to tell exactly what you're supposed to do.
Overall, interesting concept. Game overall felt a bit weird, but definitely has potential.
I got "victory" after getting 1000 pts. Did I win? Or was I supposed to save the queen somehow too?
Music is bopping and the open world aspect of the game is also really neat! I like how there's actual events that happen over time, like Big Ben falling.
Loved the music and the open world type feeling right away! Controls were very straight forward which I also appreciated. Also enjoyed the unique art style and story telling in the beginning
the movements is a bit chaotic but the game is very charming and i like how it immediately lets you enjoy the game
Yeah I relaunched and the screen shows the same, but the [Skip] button works, so I was able to play! A few notes:
- The square in the middle of the screen looks purposeless (there’s no shooting/etc in the game, and camera controls are already good)
- The player jumps too high while still moving forward quite slow, which makes collecting coins in air a bit painful
- You probably want some fog effect or similar for the ships, since currently they just get cut by the far-Z plane
On the overall, the game is real fun! It is kinda weird in a very good way and I did truly enjoy falling houses & cars falling into the river & all. Great job!
