Nice one! The happiness counter really worked and I felt quite some pressure, trying to rewind as fast as I can. The tutorial could have been smoother by not just writing it on the walls but show the mechanics to the player one after the other. The dropping candies that kill you were pretty annoying as I first didn't really understand what's happening for there was no feedback when touching them. But other than that it's a really nice experience!

It's a good game, the graphics are really good
the only thing I would change is the tutorial. There is too much text, and it can easily be overwhelming
awesome game you deserve my rating
Some points i noticed
- controls were super smoothed may be a little hard .....
- instructions were good may be a video showing how to play ? would be nice
- Picking up the VCR was a problem i had to hit my mouse with hammer literally
- I found the key but did not know how to do it !!
Nice game! I feel like some parts could be polished a bit, but a pretty cool idea and execution!
I like the gameplay a lot and the idea is cool, but it all felt a bit rough and unfinished. Great job for such a short time though!
Unique game! I feel the sensitivity is a little high and gave me a bit of a headache but i love the quirky music and almost low poly graphics! Enjoyed it!
It was a fun experience but after playing for a while, it was hurting my eyes and the mouse sensitivity was a bit too high. I got spooked at the beginning when I dropped through the floor (good job in making me think this was a horror game) lol. Besides those two points, I thought the graphics were amazing and the mechanic was pretty cool. I was a bit confused at first, especially after seeing the key, but then I read your description hahaha. Great use of the Congrats on the jam and rated!
The graphs and the ambience are great! I liked a lot the objects and the scenario. With more time I think you could polish some of the mechanics and the movement.
This is a great work! Congratulations~
Love the aesthetic of this game, I felt like I was back in the Hollywood Video of my youth. Some feedback:
- The core gameplay of rewinding tapes could be improved upon- I feel like there's an opportunity to do an Overcooked-like thing where you can't leave a tape in a TV for too long or it gets destroyed.
- I also would have liked the throw to be a little better, I might have just been bad at aiming, but it would be satisfying to dunk the tapes from across the room consistently.
- I love the way the tapes keep stacking up, adds to the urgency. Speaking of- I think you could have the manager satisfaction decrease even faster to put some more pressure on players.
- There should be some feedback on when you're hit by the gumdrop / fall in lava, IMO the silent respawn doesn't feel all the great
But overall it's a nice entry, and I played through to the end. The final jumping bit felt a little like old Counterstrike climbing maps I used to do. I dig it.
Oh- and I'm sorry about the debug key you left in there. I didn't touch it, I got the mentos and coke.
This game would've been much easier to play if it had progerssive tutorial.
