I played the tutorial through twice, didn't understand how to game worked by any means.

When you purchase the seeds for a specific crop, why not put it in the inventory of the player, like when they've grown and you've harvested them. It doesn't really make sense in my head that it is that way, and seem like the most confusing thing in the whole game.

The item interaction also confused me a ton. You pick up with left click, but throw with space? You could've just used to pick items up, and Q to throw items, as simple as that. Then the interaction with the ground would be able to stay the same, without it being too complicated.

If you feel like playing a game, go ahead and play mine, it would mean the world to me! If you feel like it go ahead and leave a comment like mine, I'll take a look on how I can improve from your comment, without being toxic :)

I'm a simple man, i see farm game, i rush to play it. This time i got dissapointed - game rules itself were unecessarily complex by turning simple pickup seed - dig a ground -  sow the seed into tool swapping marathon without any specific concept or reason to it with controls that felt clunky and slow,  it bored me out of my mind. This is first game in the jam that i struggle with to find anything i liked, well it was innovative, not in a good way imo but still innovative.

Can't beat this game, shame on me x'(. I always love farming game, maybe my feedback would be to reduce player click thou, or make it easier at some point. But overall this is cool game, hard to make farming simulator alone with one week time, congratulations :D

That was a lot of content for a 7 day project! I loved it! Some mechanics are a bit janky and sound design could use some work. But other than that, great game!

The graphics are cute, i loved how much did you stuffed into it in such a short duration😁

I like the concept, this was pretty ambitious for a 7-day jam and you pulled it off.  Good job!

I always like farming games.

For a week, this is really good, the throwing tools made a bit crazy at first but I like it.

Good work!

This is a good attempt at a strategy game, but there are several aspects that do bring this project down.  There are a few examples of murky visual literacy that needs to be touched up, like how the player knows when a crop is fully grown, or which tool digs up which crop.  The game can also be pretty unforgiving.  Not much time is given to the player, and the mole stealing crops doesn't make things any more fun.  You also need to be careful with Unity, it's UI, and it's inputs, because [Space] & [WASD] can be used to navigate the UI, which means throwing away a tool could sometimes mean that I would accidentally buy a crop.  Neat concept, but needs a lot of ironing out.

I like the idea, but I think the picking up of tools could be a little more clear. In the tutorial you explain that you throw stuff away with space, but I didn't understand too well how to pick stuff up and just felt like I got lucky every time it worked. Maybe work on that the next time? I do like you put in a tutorial at all!

Felt like overcooked meets farming! The difficulty curve was a bit steep, but I genuinely loved the game.

Really cool game!

Good start, the pickups are bit fussy time to time if lots of items are clustered close by. But otherwise a good start!

Wow, one of the most original submissions I have seen so far, congratulations on the amazing job! Im impressed on how you have managed to implement so many different mechanics in such a small ammount of time while also making from scratch the visuals.

The game is challenging and fun to play, and its frenetic gameplay makes it stand out from all the usual farming games, I find that extremely interesting. I personaly would like to keep more than one tool at the same time, but then again, doing so would have impact on that fast pace gameplay.

You have put a lot of efffort behind this one, ope you do well in the jam. Keep up the amazing job!

Thank you for this detailed comment. It's my second game jam and really put a lot of effort in :)

Nice small game, very different from the others i played so far.

Nice game! In my opinion, crops grow a little too slow, or i found myself just standing there waiting for them to grow, maybe something to do while they grow would be fine. Good job!

Nice game! The picking up of items is a little hard when multiple items are close by.
