How does the game fit the theme?
You quit your job to chase down an animal that may or may not even exist, as you take up nature photography to bolster your living. What could go wrong there?

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All work was made from scratch by me during the week :)

The visual and story are very good! I was also so tempted to upgrade my lens to see more stuff. My biggest critique is the driving part - it really puts me off and it felt like a lengthy process.

The camera shooting gameplay is nice, and I especially like where the hawk is flying around, reminding me how a natural photographer is like: waiting for the perfect timing for a shot ;)

Beautiful game with simple mechanics! Really liked it. Only thing is maybe there would be any cues as to what to press at the start of the game cause i got a bit stuck at the start pressing everything

Thanks so much for playing :D I 100% agree with you about the start, there were definite plans to have a bit more of an intro, but you know how these jams go lol, all of a sudden there was an hour left before I could blink
