How does the game fit the theme?
My idea for this game jam was to come up with an invention that sounded like a good idea but made no sense in practice. I liked the idea of an out of touch CEO trying to "speed things up" with conveyor belts, which is where the concept of a conveyor belt storage system came from.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used public assets for the box sprites and the music

Good concept, very original! I felt like there was a bit of a delay with the mouse somehow.

This is a really nice idea, it reminded me of tetris in a way

My only suggestion is maybe make it so I can rotate the boxes while holding them

Funny and hard

I love how simple the game is, it's very easy to understand and the game leads you to come up with different strategies to keep the boxes stacked each run. I like that it leads to a chaos and it's really simple to restart and try again. I love challenging arcade like games so I really enjoyed it nice work :)

The concept is very interesting and I feel like there is definitely potential with this idea as a game. The gameplay is certainly unique and I did have a laugh while playing! It's quite difficult too, got a score of 21/25 as my best attempt, and I am really curious if a perfect 25/25 is even possible. For some criticism, I think the force of the box being shot out is too great, and making any meaningful stacking quite impossible. I ended up holding one larger box on the right end of the conveyor belt and hoped for the best. It would be nice if both the shooting force and the speed of the conveyor belt were to be lowered a bit, and hopefully, that would make stacking more viable.

Anyway, this is a nice attempt, and I hope you continue making games! Keep up the good work!

Cool idea and fun gameplay!

Very cool concept, easy to understand but really hard to master. I had to give up on getting a perfect score but managed to do 24/25 :D

Ouch, my finger huts

Cool concept, simple game that is fun with its physic, almost got a score of 20/25, maybe need to make different box sizes with different weights.

So I this one was a game I thought I wouldn't like but actually ended up playing through for a long time, experimenting with the best method to stack or prevent loss. Very good core mechanic and this could be scaled easily to a great browser game with many modes and levels!

Love the pixel art! Nice simple game. I was only able to get 20 / 25, would love to see the strategy behind keeping all 25 from falling.

I really like the game it really gives me a sense of worry I guess a lot of tension the music was fantastic

Really cool!

I've already told so some feedback, but basically I just wished there was a side objective, maybe having to sort boxes from time to time? Putting some boxes in places? Maybe having to fend off entities trying to topple the boxes, something like that...

Summary: I really enjoyed the concept of the game. The sound design as well was a nice fit for the game. It felt really nice catching the boxes mid air. I think more animations in the background or interactive things to tell more of the story of the factory itself or cutscenes.

What I want to  see improve:

  • Weight of the boxes a little light. Maybe variety weight.
  • Sound setting sliders
  • touch-sound support

What I want to see:

  • I would really like to see variety of different objects (rubber chickens, bouncing balls, random items.) This would fit more like an amazon shipment facility. Holiday themed levels. Shoe Shopping day.
  • Another level multiple belts movement (pinball)
  • Chute moving itself like a peglin ball sorta as a level variety

Fun little game! The gameplay is simple, yet so much fun. Great interpretation of the theme.

Really nice and fun gameplay, i screamed a few times after my stack was totally ruined by a bad mouse movement, also is very chaotic, congrats
