How does your game represent Mode?
Biggie Blaster is a Shoot 'em up arena game where you play as a tank that can switch "firing modes" to suit the situation.
You can fire in both directions at once!
Can you survive longer than 60 seconds?

Fun little highscore game. The theme implementation is perfect. Audio and visuals were a bit wild, as in lots of dynamics, normalize things a bit, and I think it will feel a lot better. Still looks neat and sounds neat. So great job to the team that worked on it!
Super fun and addictive game - loved the difficulty. I only got this far but I will go back and beat this eventually lol. Good job!
Seems like a fun game to me, but after around 20 short quite short attempts I couldn't figure out how to get below 40 seconds. I held the buttons at first (without realizing that spamming is a lot better) and could not go below 45. I'm no good at spamming buttons on my keyboard so unfortunately I will pass on trying to beat this probably very fun game :(. On a more positive note, I like the music, pixelated (DS esque) art style and I think the game's aspects work really well with one another!
This is really fun but also really hard. It took me way too long to realize I can shoot in both direction at once lol. But the satisfaction once you figured it out and able to start taking the enemy down is so good. This game really makes you feel like Biggy.
Very interesting shooting/movement mechanic that I really like! But it's definitely a bit too hard for me q-q. I think it would be great if there was more of a tutorial/ramp up!
This is the hardest game I've played so far. Also one of my favorite! Great vibes on the music that fit really well. Awesome control idea. The art is just *chef's kiss* I really wanna play this on a Sega Genesis. <3
Hoo boy! I am not good at this game, but I love everything about it otherwise.
Switching between modes is clean, and love how simple but effective the 2 direction shooting is.
Great arcade game, love the use of 3d models translated into pixel sprites.
Concept art is awesome in the About section too! :-)
Nice work! I love the smoothness of the transition animations. Has a heck of a learning curve but very satisfying once you wrap your brain around it. Excellent!
I really liked the audio in this game. It had a nice vibe to it and its timing when I switched modes was cool. Positioning accurately is super difficult. I think the best time I got was 52 seconds.
I'm really good at dying in this game lol
The Idea is super cool though!
Such a great concept, and really well made, but damn its punishing! Loved it though
Great concept! The game is simple and easy to learn, but incredibly hard to master. Seems very arcade-like with its fast pace, kind of made me feel like I should have a stack of quarters on hand, and maybe 3 lives so I don't feel like I'm losing quite so fast. It becomes really difficult really fast and I think it would be a good idea to tune that down a little so players can feel like they're progressing instead of just immediately being thrown into the deep-end. But of course that depends on what kind of game you're trying to make. Thanks for sharing it.
I was absolutely terrible at this but it was was fun and I liked the concept a lot! I think the creatures animation was super good!
Really like the look of the game, and the concept is pretty interesting. I think the player's attack being the thing that moves them is pretty cool. With the size of the enemies being so big, I found myself not having a lot of options in terms of moving around them. Best time I got was a 39.
Game was really fun, I hit 0 seconds and didn't get a win screen so I don't know if that's a bug or there is just no win screen. I think a different system aside from a timer would be fun, and procedural spawning instead of the manual spawning present in the game would help the game have more variety in a run.
Firstly, I think the game is fun. I love the mode switching mechanic and using that to navigate the scene.
My major issues are that the scene is too small and switching mode takes too long. There is time between switching mode where you can't manually navigate, and depending on your current speed, you just hit an enemy no matter what as they fill up a big portion of the screen. With the sudden increase of speed and the length of time it takes to slow down, it makes it really difficult to control. My high score after about 7 attempts was 38 seconds left.
Reminds me of old retro games, which I love, just needs more space to move around in the scene.
