It play well and the music is pretty nice, also maybe using the spotlight should cost some energy points to use so you can't just spam it.

Jesus, are you a hacker or something? You basically more than doubled my own high score. Or is it that you had low frames, thus plenty of time to make your next move, perhaps?

Also, I think you're right, it'd make sense not to make the player use it for free. Wish I thought of that earlier. Thanks anyway. :)

Ok so I tried setting the graphics quality to fastest and that made it run way faster so the energy cost of the spotlight was not much of a problem. also you should use Time.deltatime with the movement that would fix the speed problem.

Yes I'll try it next time, but I didn't have enough time to polish my game when I realized performance might be an issue.

Nice concept and clean simple graphics. The music was not too annoying (especially compared to other games) and the spotlight mechanic was a good idea.

The spotlight mechanic is interesting and fit the theme but I've seen it in too many games to think it is original anymore. The controls are weird at first but If you keep W pressed and just use A and D to steer they do the job. The graphics are ok, they are kind of retro and I like that, the music also has a retro felling so I like it but it is a bit dissonant at times.

Hi, very tired man here, so i played the game and now im gonna comment about it. The game graphics are cool but thats really the only thing this game has going for it. The controls make the game very weird and unplayable, especially when your always on the run for more energy, maybe it was an artistic choice but meh. The audio is alright and the UI is good. The game doesn't fit the jam perfectly bit it does the job. It doesn't fit it perfectly cuz the game isn't really lying, the cube things are just traps i guess, but like i said it does the job. Kudos! Very well done!

It's not a bad score, but I can have it beat with a few tries. But of course, I tested this game over and over, so I got a little head start. :)

Also, I rated your game as well. By now, I tested about 10-15 games from this jam, and yours definitely belongs in my top 2 ex-aequo with another great game. Outstanding graphics, great job! Were you in a team?

Had already rated yours pre posting. Not perfect, but it's actually one of the best ones I tried for the ''fun'' category. It's challenging, and overall definitely better than mine.
