Coming in a bit late, but you have a stellar game on your hand. It's honestly baffling how easy I can just keep playing this game considering the simplicity of the mechanics, but all the 'hidden' mechanics work together so well. Trust me.
*Only suggestion: Add audio options to control the volume in-game :)

How does your game fit the theme?
A sim game where you don't play as the owner but as the conveyor belt of the canteen. You are a Disk Revolving Table, to serve your animals sushi on their beats, sometimes you need to REVERSE THE ROLLS.

✔️ Absolutely love the music: super groovy and fun. Was very enjoyable moving the sushi to the beat.
✔️ Nice cute aesthetic overall.
➖ The gameplay felt a bit basic at times.
⭐ Overall: great work!
Thank you for the feedback!! Yes, we want to add more mechanics into the game but the time is limited. There are two different songs in the game, when your score reaches 1000, the bgm will change to a faster and totally different song. Hope we have the chance to add more songs and mechanics in the future!
This game looks adorable, the visuals are great, the art-direction is perfect! Sound design is also amazing but I struggled with the gameplay, I found it difficult to really know what I was doing, I’m not sure the visual clues of the cute little customer pets are clear enough and It felt like I was having to predict the beat more than it felt like I was following it, but maybe I am just super confused a tutorial would be great!
This game is so cute!
Hi! Thank you for the feedback!! If you cannot follow the beat precisely in the first play, you can pay attention to the flickering of lights on the desktop, the flickering is following the beat. Also, if you try several more times you will have a better feeling about the beat because the beat is stable. Yes, a tutorial will be great hope we have a chance to add that in the future!
The art is awesome! fits perfectly with the music. only annoyance is that when you only have one food item and the animals grab the sushi in the other beat it is impossible to serve them while keeping up the combo, though I might just be bad at the game (I don't play many rhythm games). overall a great game!
I adore this game, one of my favorites I've played from the jam. Love the literal interpretation of the prompt, the both songs were amazing and needing to control on beat helps you really get into them. Very cute art, amazing feedback and polish. So well done!
Super cute art, and I liked the music! One suggestion: I wish the animals had some “last chance” indication so I knew who to prioritize when there was a crowd.
The art and music is really good and the mechanic feels nice and juicy, really good! Sometimes it felt that the animals were eating a bit out of sync but that might just be my bad rythm skills hahaha
This game is great! The presentation and concept are incredible and it is executed on near flawlessly. There is a ton of potential here to make a larger game out of this as many other people have suggested. The music sounded great and worked perfectly for the gameplay. The only feedback I have is that once more customers started to come in quicker, my conveyer belt didn't have enough food on it to feed all of the customers, essentially forcing me to take damage even if I played perfectly. Maybe I'm just bad, but it felt like some of the balancing there could be better. Awesome job
Thank you!! I played your game and that's also a gem in this jam. If you can continuously drop on the right beat, your combo will increase, which will increase the spawn speed of sushi. Then you will not feel that there's no enough sushi to use. But this is a bit hard to achieve when you play our game for the first time. After trying several times you will manage it!! Thank you for loving our game!!
Cute, aesthetic art style, looks and sounds great! Love that it's an arcade-style rhythm game, haven't seen any other rhythm games for jams! Simple and enjoyable. Love it.
it's a very fun game! I really like rhythm games. And in this one there is a certain strategic component in addition to the skill itself, of anticipation. Besides, the designs are absolutely cute and the music as well. Great job! Congratulations!
I loved this game! Art style is so cute and music is banger! Playing as a conveyer belt and keeping in tune with the rhythm is a very fun mechanic ^^ Amazing job!
Really cool game! The art style is so cute, and the music is such a banger! Really well done game!
Extremely well done! Not much to say other than that this could very much work as a fully realized game with more tracks and perhaps some obstacles in the way, or having even animals that prefer certain foods to others to get higher scores. Amazing job!
Cutest game I've seen this jam. The gameplay was really satisfying and the great fitting music helped a lot with that
love the concept! The polish is so nice and I think we need more rhythm games in the world.
This is amazing! At first I didn't realize there was benefit with using the space bar vs. just missing the beat, but when I realized it was beneficial to press a button every beat, the game felt super satisfying to play.
If there's one thing I'd change about it, it would simply be to increase the sushi spawn rate and vary where they spawn instead of just the top
Very charming, and very fun!
Thank you so much for your feedback! If you do not miss the beat, your combo will increase and that will increase the spawn speed of sushi. So we want you to press space to avoid missing the beat while holding the sushi in their position. Also, pressing a button on every beat will give you a better rhythmic experience. We exepect players to understanding the purpose of spaces and we are happy that you realize that!! :D
Vary the spawn position of sushi may rapidly increase the difficulty of our game if players need to pay attention and leave the next spawn point empty in order to get new sushi, or may rapidly decrease the difficulty if there are several spawn points spawning sushi at the same time (that's a value adjustment question). We need to figure out a proper solution to do that. Anyway that is a good advice!! Thank you!
