Great game, the art, animations, audio were really good, overall fantastic presentation.
Very original, and the pixel art is well done. I enjoyed it a lot.
This was really cool! Great presentation, and you did a good job explaining the mechanics without any text, which is impressive. I like how you sort of have to set-up your attacks ahead of time, it's a really creative and unique way of doing this sort of defense game.
It was a little difficult at first for me to tell when a cloud I pushed was going to pass over an enemy or miss them completely, I think because I was aiming as if I was pushing the upper cloud part? But the shadow seems to be the actual hitbox so I was always a bit off. Once I got used to it everything was fine though. I'm not even really sure what you could change there, maybe if the player was on their own cloud and at the same level as the things they were pushing then the angles would have made more sense to me? Not sure.
Overall great job though, I really enjoyed this.
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it!
That’s observant of you to notice that issue and the shadow being the hitbox is the cause. I had hoped the cloud sprite was close enough so that it wouldn’t affect gameplay too much. I do like the player being on the same level in their own cloud, so I might try that out. Thanks!
Cool Game and I had fun playing it. I really liked the polish here. The visuals, the explanations, the audio and also the gameplay I had no issues. Great job!
That was challenging, but really fun! On my first try it took me some time to understand what I was supposed to do, what the bar were representing, how the system work… But it clicked very quickly! The textless card made the tutorial a bit tricky, but the game is kinda self-exlanatory, so mission succeed I guess! :P
It took me only two attempts to find a good strategy. And even though I had a lot of HP left, and never had to pick up any item, there was a lot of tense moments! The game has a really great balance. I really enjoyed this mix of planning strategies and reacting quickly to attacks.
Also kudos for the art and sound-design! It's pretty, and there's tons of great feed-back.
This is the first game that really caught my eye. I love the game concept a lot!! I find it very challenging to play for long but I think this is just a skill issue for me. I love the art, audio, how smooth the animations are and when you blow the clouds to the fire. It would be cool to see like a gradual difficulty scale as I did find it quite challenging to survive for long. Overall I just love how smooth everything feels, the movement, controls, the animation. Would love to play more of this game and get good at it :D
A clever take on the theme, good mechanics, solid presentation - what's not to like? It's a little easy, but I'd much rather it be too easy than too hard. Great work!
Wow. I loved it. Sound is ok, but the art is amazing and the gameplay is quite fun too! I hope to stumble upon more of your work in the future :)
Wish the game play was a bit deeper. However, the music and the art are great and it's a fun little game.
I really liked this one. The art is great and the concept was really unique. Excellent work!
Loved it. I think the best strategy, though, is to just not use the wind and just spawn clouds around the shrine, that's how I beat it at least.
This is a really good and polished game. Loved it! Also cool that you incorporated all 3 wildcards!
