nice concept taat feets welle the theme,
if you have some improvment to add on it, If I can suggest maybe a better ramp of difficulty, lvl 1 is fine but lvl 2 is hell xD

The controls are nice, and has mentionned, a coyote time for the jump could lead to less frustration.
same a little delay on the camera could be a good add (in full screen, I had the little impression that that was the backgound that moved and not the player, but it can come from me ^^")

I didn't played to jump king, but seen some playtrought, and you've taken the essence of the gameplay (and the frustration too :) )
I gave up after 10 mins of trying on a single jump, but I'll maybe give another try when I feel zen enouth ^^

I love platform puzzles and this on is cool,
It takes me some trys to understand that I can jump when removing a platform, but once understood the levels were mush more easier xD
if you want to add some accessibility, it could be ok to add a little delay on the disapearing of platform I guess, to let the player know he can jump (or maybe its just me that is numb ><") ?
anyway, great first game I enjoyed it a lot !

Didn't had controler so I struglled a bit with keyboard (maybe the fact that I have to maintain the direction fire to be able to fire is a little constraining, maybe saving the last one used may be a way to ease the controls ?)
had a good time trying to shase away all those fishes, good job !

once I understood the mecanism I started to realy enjoy it !
But the 4 paterns at once is maybe a little too hard for me (not managed to do more than 6 ...)
If you plan to continue it, maybe a good way to manage progression curve is to starts with 2 paterns at once, then 3, 4 and more. another way may be to give a little more time to enter the codes.
Anyway a great game, super polished, realy juicy, good job !
