It's really charming and cute game!

That said, I'm really dumb and I couldn't solve the sliding puzzle, I spent so much time on it too. xD

Hope there wasn't a lot of game left after it?

This is one of those games you know a whole lot of love and hard work has gone into making.  It was well worth it.  It was fun, I liked the story, the puzzles were charming.  Love the palett.  Great work!

Very cool, good art, good music. I was one of the lucky ones to get a solvable slide puzzle too.

I will say I'm not a fan of the controls. It's difficult to grab with G and move with WASD so I had to switch to using arrows. I feel like making the grab a toggle could have solved this.

Otherwise, that's just a small gripe for a great game. Good work!

I am the guy who did the third puzzle (XD sry if you got an unsolvable third puzzle), and yeah it's randomly generated and I just realized that you got a 50% of chance to have a solvable puzzle and another half unsolvable. (if luck is considered a factor to win the game, it's not a bad mechanism  :P)

Not sure if I can still update it since we already submit the game, it going to be just one line of code to make it have fixed order that is solvable.

Good job !

I like the story told with the world. And everything supports it very nicely!

A very cool game, indeed! Nice art, and the story is fun!

great story and worldbuilding. fun if simple puzzle mechanics. beautiful artistic direction and sound design.

Your game has great storytelling, I like telling more via using less in storytelling

I literary opened the actual puzzle online and compared to the one I kept solving. Is a puzzle in this game being unsolvable is intentional? This may sound like me not being skilled in puzzle solving but even the source says so that it's impossible.

And what's with the in-game music always playing from the top left of every game level?

The art is very nice by the way. And the music is pretty good.

Which puzzle couldn't you solve? All three are solvable, I have solved them, although the last two can be difficult, they are possible.
Also, thanks for the kind words :)

maybe it's the last puzzle. The 9 slots with 1 empty slot puzzle. This time I didn't move it at all. I put numbers in the solver. It is not solvable it says.

Developer

Yeah that one took me forever to solve haha
I'm not sure what to say about the number solver thing, but I can tell you I did it. Sorry for your experience, hope you enjoyed some of it at least! Thanks for playing our game :)

Hi the puzzle is set to randomly place each tile using a random function but due to the nature of the puzzle I thought it'll always have a certain arrangement that is solvable. (I didn't do the programming for the puzzles though but I think it's worth looking at haha)
