Nice game! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)

Excellent stuff! Not only great fun - and really challenging on the harder level - but also one of the few games in the jam that's really taken the concept of a music game and created something original out of it!

Not easy to control, but it's a neat idea.

Really great concept! It's a very original and fun rhythm game. Only issue though: being colorblind, I had difficulties with some colors (mostly red, green, yellow and orange). Fortunately the facts that each color was associated with a note helped a bit (but it was not a perfect solution though). I still enjoyed the game, especially the music!

Thanks for playing and for the review! With such a limited timeframe I never considered players with colorblindness, that’s excellent feedback. It’s relatively easy to change the color of each note so in a future version I will remember to let the player select a custom color palette.

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that a video of one of my playthrough/reviews is up and you're a part of it!
Take a look here:

This is awesome.  I really liked the design, the concept worked pretty well, I think there's a couple of polishing things that could happen (sometimes the level sounds weren't exactly in sync).  I think this would make a great mobile game.  You'd have to rotate your phone to hit the right notes.  BE HILARIOUS to watch people throw their phones rotating them madly =D

Great work!

Well done! Love the music in this one. Would prefer if the circle would spin by a fixed angle with each keypress though.

Oh that’s a nice idea! I feel like it would be good as a setting though as I assume some people prefer the smooth motion, thanks for playing!

Very interesting game play, I enjoyed it a lot. The waves sync very well with the beats and the visual feedback is excellent. You even have multiple levels with properly scaled difficulty, good job! It would be really nice if you can have a sensitivity slider for the wheel control so player can adjust accordingly to his/her reflexes. My only big concern is that after getting to a new level you don't allow time to read the lock combination and jump right into unlocking it. How am I suppose to unlock a chest without knowing the lock. This can be quickly fix by having immunity (aka not decreasing points) for the first 2 or 3 beats so there is time for preparation.  Overall, quite an innovative game, well done!

Thanks for the review, I love the immunity idea! I was trying to figure out how to smooth those section transitions. I’ll probably implement that suggestion before moving on to my next project.

Solid idea and well executed. Well done! I enjoyed this one a lot. Music was nice too.

The concept was cool. I enjoyed trying to determine which circle will hit first, and if two circles would hit at the same time, lining it up for the next color as well. The music (of the two songs I tried) was very calming and peaceful. Overall, this was very enjoyable.

Looking down to figure out the next color, only to need to look back up to figure out where the color is and where the next ring will hit was one step too many for me. Upon completing a row of the colors, the game would usually spawn me something impossible to prepare for.

Thanks for the review and I completely agree with the critique!
